I’ve been aware of PE for a few years but was on the fence about it. I ended up ordering a hydromax7 that should be here in a few days. I did my research on the pump but I think I may have mistakenly believed that pump would be the end all be all.

After some continued research, I realized I was going to need to do more than just use the pump. That research kept leading me back to MOS. I spent most of my day trying to figure out what minimum I needed to do to aid cementing results of the hydromax7. Reason being, I was just overwhelmed with all the terms and plethora of approaches I could take.

Today I switched gears and thought maybe I could be convinced of a more balanced approach to general PE. I saw your embedded YouTube video and thought you seemed personable and relatable. I was inspired to join the community in hopes to simplify navigating the site and maybe get some more personal advice.

I’ve just become familiar with proper measuring and now haven’t done it yet. I did not bone press and I’m right at 6 in erect length. My phone is 6.22 and just barely hides my length without pressing. I’ll get a better way to measure LOL. I would say I’m proportionate girth wise.

As my username loosely indicates my goal is 8”. 9 sounds way better to me, but I’d like to see how well my body responds before I make any “stretch goals” haha..last time.

Im in my late 20s and I stay active. My body responds to weightlifting with steady progress so I’m hoping the same comes with PE.

I’m glad to be here and it’s incredible that support like this exists.

Nice, you have some tools coming as in you're getting ready really pump it up! ;)
Joking aside, Hydromaxes are good and can give good gains when you use it consistently and go for the 5x5x3 method. (Slow Squash Jelqs are great for girth expansion!)
There are videos available: MoS videos and audio files, learn and gain!

I'm glad to hear that you're staying active. Positive gym results can be an indicator for good possibilities with PE. Most of all, it's about the consistent routines, I would say.
Three D's, @Big Schwanz Acht (!) Determination, Dedication and Discipline!

If you have that 9" in mind, keep it as a goal! ;) Setting a goal little higher than what might be more realistic is better, you can make your body work harder for gains when you set higher goals. Kind of like tricking your mind in some way, if that makes sense.
A steady routine and measuring every 3 months is good. You can eye things a bit and do some measuring once in a while to see if you're getting temporary expansion for example.
I suggest a ruler that has no space before the zero point for easier measuring. Tailors tape works for girth.


Glad to have you here! Be sure to make that progress log, get good measurements and keep on working out! I suggest taking some video or picture evidence, even if just for yourself, it can help in the future, for comparison at least.

I started officially with the newbie routine this morning. I already wish I had a silicone sleeve or ring of sorts. Jelqing really plumped things up. That was motivating.

I also picked up some baby powders, cortisone, a heating pad, and multivitamin.
Welcome to the brotherhood and then as for your opening post. The newbie routine is an awesome place to start, you will learn much in basic PE and how to create a good foundation. I also suggest you read the SRT routine as there is much advice there on healing and gaining. Have a readthrough and come back with any questions you may have.
 
Day 2 of the newbie routine. Jelqing is the only thing I’m not totally confident in. It’s hard to make a complete grip after about 30-50 from the temporary size.

I want to get some measurements soon, but am needing some tools. Also think I want a ring and/or silicone sleeve for recovery. Thoughts on that?

Hydromax7 is out for delivery today. I’ll be looking into incorporating that into a repeatable schedule.
 
You'll get the hang of it! Read/view, learn and implement. :)

For measuring, as I might have mentioned, a sturdy ruler (metal or wooder for example) without space before the zero for easier measuring. Tailors tape for girth.

The Silirings could be very good, but if you just ordered the Hydromax7 I understand if ordering so soon might feel a bit funny. Automotive stores carry O-rings in boxes with different sizes, that's one makeshift solution. (And actually pretty good, albeit the O-rings are relatively thin and can pinch at times.)

But for the sleeves, those from the MoS shop. Longer ones for healing while elongated, at least from my viewpoint. Shorter ones might be better when you use certain tools like an extender, Lengthmaster etc..
And of course you can wear sleeves while pumping with the Hydromax too!

Looking forward to hear about your experiences with Hydromax! Start slow. ;)
 
Day three us in the books! I’m feeling great so far.

Stretching went well. It wasn’t bad before but I’ve developed a more comfortable grip that doesn’t results in soreness. It’s also less strenuous for the hand.

Weather caused a delay in the hydromax7 delivery, so when I was surprised with it’s arrival this morning I did deviate a little. After Jelqing I warmed down with kegels and then jumped in the shower with the hydromax7. I couldn’t help myself. I needed to know what to expect.

I did about 3 minutes, a rest and then 6 minutes and hung her up to dry. I’m not totally sure how to incorporate with my existing morning newbie routine. I allowed myself to experience somebody pressure. I saw some temporary purple around the edge of my head.

Jelqing has improved for me today. That’s something I wasn’t doing correctly. I couldn’t find 5x5x3 info for some reason. I’m also semi struggling with getting too hard during bundled stretches.

Overall I’m very motivated with the post routine plump. Words can’t describe.
 
That sounds like a plan to me! The 5x5x3 in the morning could mean quite prominent temporary gains for the day and one could see that as a problem, if you're working in public, office with other people etc..
And considering you could at the 5x5x3 to your evening shower, I would see it as a nice way to get to the bed. :)
 
Awesome. I’m going to do it that way and see how it goes. I did some mildness pumping as I mentioned above; would it be ok to do another mild session tonight for the sake of forming the habit?

Side note—I feel like I’m partially wasting my time by not owning a silisleeve!
 
Yes, forming a habit sounds good, as long as these first times you can maintain yourself not going overboard. ;)

I've made gains prior to the Silisleeves, but they do help a lot. When you have the chance, consider them. I wouldn't say you're wasting your time! Keep on with your routines and workouts.

Due to some unexpected affection, I’ve chosen to give my member the evening off. Earlier today I thought I’d kickoff 5x5x3 as an evening routine, but I’m saving it for tomorrow.

Tomorrow I’ll get some baseline measurements. I measured BPEP at 6.75 yesterday. I need to confirm, as well as gather measurements for girth and the other varieties. I picked up a string tape today so I should have what I need. I have a zero mark square to serve as s rigid BP measuring device. I’m still in the market for something properly sized. The fabric store where I got the nylon tape, tailors tape or whatever you want to call it, didn’t have anything I liked.

Tomorrow I’ll begin with the newbie routine. I’ve been warming up each day with gel pack made by equate. It’s velvet on one side and a nice plastic silicone clear side with blue and red gel beads. I use a scented warmer to keep it warm. I’m not sure how long it takes to reach temp because I leave it on all the time. It felt like a fair equivalent to the hot bath from day one without the hassle.

Tomorrow evening I’ll do my first official 5x5x3 session with the hydromax7 by Bathmate. First impressions from today’s experimenting were positive. The pressure was a new sensation, but very welcomed. I’m looking forward to pushing the limits with that device as I deem healthy. Side quest for my personal goals overall would be to grow enough to upgrade to the next size up in the series.

As far a small personal care goes, you’ll find below how I’ve chosen to start.

I stretch with baby powder and Jelq with warm water and dove moisturizing bar soap. It’s a clean finish when you rinse and I don’t like the lingering feeling of Vaseline or lotions. NOW, to contradict my most previous statement I finish off the newbie with just enough hydrocortisone that it rubs in cleanly. I understand this is for the purpose of healing the surface as well as drawing nutrients to the penis.

I’m also on a men’s multivitamin.
 
P.S. the silisleeves have been ordered! I’m really excited about them.

I probably won’t make any more major equipment purchases for a while. I’d like to see how far this routine can get me. I may get too bored to ride it out to a plateau, but I’d be interested to see how close this approach alone could get me.
 
Another AM Newbie in the books. My member seems to be responding well to the stretches. I feel more elastic than day one and my grip is improved.

I learned how to drain fluid from the glans for a more comfortable grip. I kind of just loosen my OK grip and then press my glans like a lawn mower bubble primer lol. It works nice.

I’m dialing in Jelqs day by day. The video helped a lot, but I’m still getting too erect. Nothing I can’t manage but I’m wary of squeezing too hard when erect. I’d really like some feedback in this area. I see a lot of talk about the importance of not being too hard.

Create a routine that is different each day as long as it as it is covering what you need covered. A big reason some men do not make it in PE is because their routine is mundane and they become bored. The secret to staying motivated and involved is keeping your routine was fresh and fun. Look through SRT get some good ideas write them down and let’s try to put something together just going to keep you involved.

Today is a wrap! I did the 5x5x3 with Bathmate and SSJ. Really felt awesome and am looking forward to the next session already.

I’m ecstatics with how well it has gone so far! Can’t wait to see the gains of the future.

It’s amazing when you use the right manual exercises with the proper tools, the gains can be incredibly fast. SRT is more than a routine, it serves as a master guide to any workout through its healing and gaining methods.
 
After a few days of work I’m getting more comfortable and my member is positively responding, so far. Not just temporary gains, although that’s motivating, but the overall health of my members seems great. I use baby powder for stretches and post exercise I apply hydrocortisone cream. I’m not noticing any damage to the skin or anywhere else.

That being said, I decided to up the ante this morning. The last few days I had been following the newbie to the T. I’ve mainly adjusted time and technique.

Prior to stretches I warm up with a heated gel pack and 10 minutes of bundled stretches.

For the stretches I am doing a full minute on everything as opposed to the 30 seconds. I am responding well to the stretches and my grip is comfortable. Much moreso than the preceding days. It hasn’t added a lot of time to my am routine because I was wasting a lot of time between stretches getting comfortable and what have you. Now I can accomplish a seamless transtion between directions and to the cranks.

The rotary cranks I’ve adapted to my personal preference. Before I’d do 25 exactly and just go through the motions. Now I’m doing 50 and every 8-12 I will do a gentle ok grip at my base and give a 1-2 second pull from the base to the direction in stretching.

The Jelqing has been my weakness to some degree. I finally did a full 300. The first few days I was losing count and experiencing minor pain from poor form. It’s definitely improving and I’ll keep working at it. Girth is important to me.

Finally, I almost warmed down with some edging but I just didnt have the self control this morning to not finish. Finishing would cause me to turtle in the worst way, and I’d rsther have occasional erections through out the day to aid in healing elongated. (I have no proof to back this up but it passes the eye test). From what I read in SRT I believe it was a good choice. Silisleeves are in the mail, in the meantime I’m trying to sustain an erection as often as possible. Much easier when your most recent orgasm was not today LOL

Tonight at some point I’ll do my 2nd complete 5x5x3 routine. I won’t make many changes to that until I get better at SSJ and more accustomed to The BathMate. Eventually I see myself doing some erect stretching while inside The BathMate. I think that’s a thing. I’m being careful with The BathMate as not to bruise or discolor.

I noticed a majore difference the last moment of intimacy. I felt in control, somewhat, but I could really feel the potential. I’m sold totally!

The 5×5×3 is an amazing workout. I know people that have used the Bathmate or other pumps for a long time and never got the results they wanted. But using the 5×5×3 has enabled man to gain incredible tissue expansion with very little water retention. Keep up the good work!

I did the normal NEWBIE this morning with 1 minute stretches and crank reps at 50.

To make up for last night I warmed down in the shower and went right into the 5x5x3.

I really want to do an evening session but I’m not sure I can use the Bathmate again today, although I feel no soreness and haven’t noticed any physical change in regards to bruising or color.

@DLD @arkailija @REDZULU2003 Maybe one of you ever so helpful could throw a suggestiin or link that speaks to adapting to a missed routine. I suppose I could chalk up the loss but I’d really like to do something! Loving the progress and incredible support. Thanks all!
 
Sometimes missing a session isn't all that bad, honestly.
While I do write about being consistent and keeping up with your routines, at times life comes in the way.
We might get a cold, family time comes as more important, unscheduled trip to somewhere.

Just continue as you've done before. :) Don't take a double-dose to make up for the lost session, if that makes sense.

Just chalk it up to a loss, at least you are doing the other stuff. Try and get to it when you can, but if you find yourself strapped for time to get such a girth session in, like with the bathmate, try doing SSJ as these are done by hand.
 
If you miss a routine it’s not a big deal just don’t get in the habit of missing routines. We all come upon busy schedules where we need to sacrifice time if we want to get PE in and sometimes that’s just impossible. In these cases I say to just get a few minutes in to keep your head in the game. I’m so glad that you’re using the 5×5×3 and that you’re seeing the benefits of it. And with missing a day just have a look through the Newbie Routine where it talks about rest days and that should help you clear up any confusion. Consistency sometimes runs into hurdles and when this happens don’t get down but get creative.

I’m experiencing some soreness at the base mostly, but I think you could compare it to what you might feel after a few days in a row at the gym. I still feel good.

It’s been a couple days so I did some edging that ended spectacularly. It was a real nice showcases of EQ and temporary gains.
As you may recall, I started doing my stretches for 1 minute each. I’m toying with shorting that time and stretching again later in the day. Less more frequently seems to work well for someone with The BathMate so I’m applying that logic to my stretches possibly.

Let’s talk about The BathMate. It’s going great overall. I’ve noticed somebody glans spotting the last two days and nothing permanent. I’m taking that as a sign I am walking my boundary. I’m going to ride it out and once I’m ready for more, I think I’ll add some of those erect pump stretches. Can’t remember the name offhand.

Glad that even in these busy times you’re getting in your work, that’s the sign of a man who really wants to get a prize he wants! As far is spotting on your head is concerned I suggest picking up a package of sleeves from our store. The head cap will protect your glans from any damage. Fatigue and soreness at the base is a very good sign of growth. You can take advantage of these times of fatigue and get a lot of stretching in while the pelvic floor muscles are weak. Keep up the good work my brother!

Great feedback. I’ll definitely take advantage. I ordered the silisleeve kit several days ago and am waiting for shipment.

Glad to hear the soreness is such a positive sign. I tried PE literally one time and lack of knowledge and poor form left me with pain and doubt. I’m a believer. I’m a seeinf it firsthand.

You can get rid of that soreness at the base by using some heat in deep tissue massage. And the soreness eventually will subside and you will not feel it any longer. It will return when you go to a more intense workout or tool but again that will be temporary until you become used to it. Believing is the entire game, without belief there is nothing to be gained.
 
Another newbie - 5x5x3 AM in the books. I can’t tell you how great this new endeavor has been already. Some positive things are happening in others parts of my life, but this whole thing has been wonderful for my mental health; which projects positively everywhere else. I’m pumped, literally.

Jelqing turned incredible overnight. I strongly encourage new guys to invest your time in learning. My techniques are getting better just from what I’ve learned about my own anatomy on MOS. Understanding why on any topic is crucial and can be a serious game changer.

I’m pretty much maxxing out The BathMate in my first week. I eased into it over several days and have a very healthy and well circulated member. I think that plays a major part. I’m new to PE but I’m realizing my techniques for self pleasure encourage the same circulation as jelqing. I think that has something to do with it.

I’m so glad I picked it over the doctor recommended pump with interchangeable gaiter system. Hydromax7 is incredible and is working wonders immediately.


I feel I’ve grown quickly and am happy so far. I want to measure badly, but I’m waiting until at least 1 month.
 
Wonderful to read this from you, and how well you've embraced it. Too many times when men start this they get all freaked out when they see a red mark here, a spot over there, soreness up there, what do they expect?

When you start cardio for the first time ever it will be a killer, like with the gym banging out the weights until the body adjusts.

Same with penis enlargement I found ... in time the markings, spots, lines become less apparent, sure when you gain in size stretch marks appear, but they never bothered me .. guess I'm very laid back? I dunno, maybe some men of today are too vain :) want the perfect looking body part, cool and strive for that, but dont worry too much IN THE MOMENT NOW, because you can always tweak it later.

Your attitude is very good, and you will go with it very well.

When I created it what was happening was at about five minutes I would start to take fluid on and I did not want fluid expansion I wanted tissue expansion. So in response to the retention I introduced the SSJ as a way to not only counter the water retention but boost the tissue expansion. It turned out to be a spot on method and since that day fluid retention Is a thing of the past.

When you’re almost maxing out your bath meat that’s probably the best thing in the world because you know you have made great progress. Now that you’ve outgrown your pump I suggest you get the new mityvac because you’ll never need to get another pump again as the mityvac will last you for the rest of your career.

I didn’t know they did that that’s pretty incredible! I hope all people see that Bathmate is doing this. The Mityvac is a dual hydro/air pump. It does everything the Bathmate does plus the option of dry work. You have more control and access to more precise measurements with the gage. More powerful pumping wet or dry. Check it out in the store.

I would consider the Mityvac, DLD mentioned certain keypoints about it. For me and I think for mant others out there, the possibility of closely monitoring the pressure is a big thing! With Bathmate alone it's always feel based, you can eye a little bit with the sticker. In a way that's fine; if we give the same stimulus all the time, the gains can halt, so the "guessing game" can work for you, at times anyhow.

Sometimes a little bit of lube can help things a lot, by the way.
Just consider for a good while, if you feel that the you're limited at the base you can use sleeves or cockrings to make gains target more to the upper portion of your penis. I have at least done this many times, using a sleeve or cockrings at the base for "targeting." ;)

Sizewise, I can't recall from the top of my head what the Wideboy is at width.
From Mityvac range I'd say either 2.25" or 2.50" would be a good fit.

Keep on doing your routines, you're doing great!

In a way that's fine; if we give the same stimulus all the time, the gains can halt, so the "guessing game" can work for you, at times anyhow.

Sometimes a little bit of lube can help things a lot, by the way.
Just consider for a good while, if you feel that the you're limited at the base you can use sleeves or cockrings to make gains target more to the upper portion of your penis. I have at least done this many times, using a sleeve or cockrings at the base for "targeting." ;)

Sizewise, I can't recall from the top of my head what the Wideboy is at width.
From Mityvac range I'd say either 2.25" or 2.50" would be a good fit.

Newbie/5x5x3 complete! I’m feeling long and strong today boys!

Immediately after, I did a couple one minute sessions of erect stretching in The BathMate. Also obviously did 5 minutes of SSJ between and after. I believe that’s a must. It’s really nice to counter the fluid retention, but I love seeing the glans bluing go away before my eyes. That’s a result of jelqing between and after every set.

I also did take a more intense approach during the regular 5x5x3 also by repumping part way through. It’s a great way to increase intensity but I predict more precise approach to pumping will be in my future.

I’m waiting on the mail for silisleeve kit but today I decided to use a cotton headband as a ring of sorts to heal closer to my semi erect size. Very comfortable and it takes very little effort to keep my member plump. Occasional squeeze of the glans like a lawn mower priming bubble and I’m healing in a semi SRT minded fashion. Every 15-20 minutes I go soft for the sake of circulation and start over.

Definitely take this advice. If they are you trade up take advantage of it!

They say minimum girth is 6.6. I was under 6 when I started but my pump close to filling at the base. Am I close enough?
