Progress Thread

Hey everyone, I'll be making this my official gains (or lack thereof) tracking post. I'll include all my methods and background so we can share and discuss. I will be separating these so you don't have to read stuff you don't want and skip to the parts that interest you.




Background story:

I'm currently in my late twenties, I'm pursuing my doctorate and was a former special operations operator in the armed forces. I'm extremely physically active and have never had any issues with my penis size. I have had intercourse with over 100 women and not once I heard a bad thing about my penis, on the contrary they would give very positive feedback, I point upwards so more often than not I would make them squirt for the first time ever. Until now, I was in a relationship with a fortunate woman who apparently had come across a huge cock. She never had a complaint about me per se and I was big enough to in some positions get "too deep". Alas, one day I saw a text message with her girlfriend that got me curious and turns out she would still think about this guy's dick and how big it was. Even found a picture. So this obviously fucked hardcore with me and the way I saw my penis. I had before looked into P.E but never really tried anything seriously. Thus, my journey in P.E will start now, maybe I?ll never attain the guys size but I?d like to measure up at least with the big guys. There is no shittier feeling that finding out you don?t quite measure up the way I did.




Method:

I will conduct P.E for at least 6 months regardless of results (old college try) since I'm still a bit skeptical but open-minded about if this works or not. I will measure once a month to track results. I will be using the tools lenghtmaster and bathmate (for now, might add later). I will post my routine and any changes and modifications I make along the way the more I learn and discuss with you guys. Fast forward I have already messed around with the tools enough to know how to use them almost properly I believe (5 weeks). I got a bit hurt in the beginning (my frenulum) so had to stop some things as there was a bit of a learning curve because I'm not circumcised. I have a very initial measurement and another I will do today as I have been using the tools regularly for those 5 weeks.




Routine:

5 day on 2 days off




Every morning 2 sets bathmate (10 mins)




Hanging @ 5 pounds for 2-3 sets of 1 hour

The goal is 12-15 hours a week.




Finishing with 5 sets of 3 mins bathmate with 120 kegels per set and jelqing 1.5 mins in between each set.




Initial Measurements:

6.35 inches length (I have less than 10% body fat so my pelvic is pretty exposed)

5.45 inches girth midshaft.




Current measurements:
10/08/18

6.6 length
5.45 girth midshaft

Current measurements:
02/07/19

6.95 length
5.45 girth midshaft (haven't been working on girth at all)


Update: 10/16/18

Decided to go ahead and buy an electric heat pad for when I hang. Also, will start wrapping today to heal "elongated" hopefully this will speed up my growing. Also been slacking on the girth work, due to frenulum injury that never healed properly which kind of sucks. When I get some pressure in there is like a scene of jaws the pressure sucks the blood out. still hanging and have resorted to putting a cotton pad with ointment in the affected area for extra cushion and healing. still at 5 pounds will jump to 6 at the end of the month, been feeling that exhaustion about 45 mins into hanging which I suppose it's a good thing, still trying to hang 12-15 hours a week.

DLD, super humbled by your post, glad to be here. I checked out SRT and def will be implementing some of the stuff in there as I go. Right now I'm still in the newbie learning curve where a lot of shit is still confusing to me. The more I learn the more things will click and I can "perfect" my growth strategy. As far as the mental shit, yea well some people are born luckier than others, I understand we are always going to envy "something" from somebody. I get frustrated here and there because to catch up to this guy I need like 2 inches but I know with dedication and work its feasible to get even bigger. It helps to remember I started at a good size and girth point already and it's only getting better, you know, taking the shit one day at the time.

P.S I know I can probably find this in the search bar somewhere but maybe somebody can shed some light on the measuring situation. I got a bit frustrated because it seemed I didn't make any gains when I first measured. then I realized I curve upwards so I had to put away the ruler and bring out the measuring tape. anybody had these kinds of issues before any pointers?

Been using my heat pad a lot lately which is good! December was kind of a super slow month for me didn't get much hanging going that month (about 5-6 hours a week) but since January we are back on track. As far as the last update I ended up not getting the 6 pounds until last week. I actually tried hanging with 8 pounds (didn't seem that big of a jump) and my dick did NOT like that at all I was able to hang for a few hours but definitely left some bruising at it was extremely unpleasant. I guess we will slowly climb to that weight. The 6 pounds is working perfectly, for now, it's the first week and I feel a bit more tension than the 5 pounder but nothing unbearable. Frenulum still fucking pissed at me, I think by this point I have just learned to deal with it, it gets irritated and swollen it's a bit bothersome during intercourse (the first 2 mins or so then no problem). I been a real piece of shit about my bathmate and haven't used it in months because it takes a lot of time and back then combined with the hanging it would really really fucking piss my frenulum off, I wish the fucking thing would just snap already lol (I'm working on fixing that lack of usage). this is about month 3ish almost 4 I'm still in disbelief when I measured I keep thinking I'm fucking up the measuring. YET, I sent a dick pic to the GF couple days ago and she said it didn't quite look like me then she went on to say it looked bigger. This gave me a lot of momentum since I know I'm seeing my dick everyday and its difficult to notice growth and changes. Again, if anybody has advice I'm happy to listen!

Can you be more specific about your measurements? Are you measuring bone pressed or NBP? You want to measure bone pressed so you can isolate your actual progress and not be thrown off by how much your 'fat pad' changes. Even cut dudes have some fat down there, and it can change day to day.

Also, I assume you are measuring erect since you mentioned that curvature is making it more difficult. You should get stretched flaccid measurements as well, so you can avoid that problem. That will also allow you to avoid any fluctuation in size due to EQ. You can get those pretty quickly, too, since you don't have to get or maintain an erection for the camera. ;)

You want to get the measuring right first and foremost so you can actually tell what's going on with your routine. I think most people start out with shorter intense workouts like stretching, but if hanging is getting you results right away then shoot... numbers don't lie!

Other than that, just be nice to your penis (I wouldn't accept damage to your frenulum as a fact of life, feel free to back off or switch routines) and don't beat yourself up if you fall off the horse. Post here in your progress thread more often!

No, I'm not measuring bone pressed. for some dumb reason, I see that as cheating myself into believing my dicks actually bigger than what it is (I know docs actually measure it like that and it's dumb I think so) but you're absolutely right. Alas! I have been measuring erect. I don't have any issues with EQ but it definitely makes it hard to measure when the dam thing its look upwards at me almost haha. I will def try and do some measuring flaccid as well look into the correct way to measure for consistency. Also, I use a measuring tape because I feel like using a ruler while hard would def rob me of some size due to the "curving" as it's fairly pronounced. do you recommend otherwise? it this is not working then my mind must be on some placebo effect because I feel bigger and been told by my gf I look bigger in pics. Also, I know this is not a good form of measurement for multiple reasons but before my dick would just about get to my belly button and now it definitely reaches it lol. Really appreciate all the insight man, yea hanging is fairly simple for me because I stay at home doing my thesis all day just throw my length-master, heat pad and sit on the edge of the couch for the time needed. So, it was pretty convenient and very little I "had to do".

I did the exact same thing when I started out, Sohijen, and it makes perfect sense. NBP measures your actual goal more directly! Your actual goal is about how much exposed penis you have. The thing to remember is that we don't necessarily want to measure progress towards the actual goal, we want to measure effectiveness of the routine. And if your routine is effective, progress towards your actual goal will necessarily follow. :)

If you have that much curve, you might consider looking into methods for treating that. If you don't mind the curve then don't bother, of course, but I know penis curvature is something other PE-ers have addressed and eliminated. I'm no expert there, so I'll let you do some research in the forum if you're interested. Otherwise, I do agree that measuring tape is a reasonable solution.

I absolutely hear you about hanging. I'm a stretcher myself, and the amount of time I have to dedicate just to PE is a drawback. At some point I will have to switch to a passive method, probably an ADS or something. I do my best to multitask, but there's only so much you can do while you're pulling on your dick. :D And that's an important thing to consider! Even if your routine isn't optimal in terms of getting the fastest results, it's still important that the routine fit into the context of your life. You've got time!

Overall, you're probably doing great. Just keep after it!
 
Absolutely man, I appreciate the knowledge and the suggestions. Out of curiosity I I pulled on my dick with the measuring tape flaccid and to my pleasant surprise was like 7.2 maybe a bit more. Next measure date I will attack it from different angle to cover all my bases. Also, nah man that banana dick is my prized possession (my precious) making women squirt and shake uncontrollably left and right imagine when it starts getting on the 8’ ballpark. I seriously got to put some effort into girth I’m natural pretty well off at 5.45 but 6’ or maybe a bit more would def be dope. I read clamping is the way to go bout it, but I do have a bath mate(unmodified) ??

Came back on here, I will have a more detailed report next month. My family surprised me and stayed in my house for a while ass month o_O obviously ruining the stretching.
Well the good news is that my damn frenulum took that down time VERY WELL. It healed completely so now I can beat it some more. I have recently started hanging again, 6 pounds and progressively trying to get to 3 hours a day with that with 2 rest days where I feel the most exhausted. However, me in my infinite genius, may have designed a way to either fuck up my dick or make it grow faster.

As we know passive extended healing helps the process of penile deformation. I was thinking sure I can hang 6 pounds on this puppy but I fucking hate wrapping it, it’s annoying, time consuming and tideous. Not to mention I piss like a racehorse because I drink close to 2 gallons of water a day so wrapping was a no go. Then I started looking for other options like extenders. Seem cool, but the fact that I got a foreskin makes it a fucking nightmare to do PE. Because it always end up just turtling. Also I know that the extenders only exert like up to 2 pounds max of force, yet I have heard from some people here that they work wonders.

So there I was sitting down breaking my nogging on what I should do if try to modify an extender and run with that or something along those lines. Thus; IT CAME TO ME! (Haha see what I did there). I didn’t know if it was going to work, but I had to try it. I grabbed a scrungie (that shit that girls put on their hair) then I was thinking what can I attach to this that’s not bulking or annoying to move freely with?

Alas, condom! I filled the condom with water up to .5 pound. Did a knot on the scrungie and then went and put it on my dick. With 2 twists there is still blood flow to the whole penis and now my dick was elongated. I take it off every 2 hours or so for circulation although other than after a little while it being annoying because the pressure is on the same spot there is no problem.
I don’t know of any potential risks that this may have. I have been extra careful to see if anything hurts or if there is any issues and nothing. Everything is Gucci. I been using the same condom and method for about a week now.

Without counting the 3 hours of heavy stretching, I have make makeshift invention around 8-10 hours a day. When I’m on the couch I grab my electric heating pad and put it over my dick. I know that heat promotes growth. For now I will stick to just one condom with .5 pound. I will eventually bump it up higher if it goes well and you guys don’t see any issues with this. Also, the condom is super easy to walk around with without a problem also bungees when you do (added resistance?) let me know what you guys think. I shall measure the 15th of next month. I have to get back to PE, hardcore, again. For good or bad my afternoons have been busy with fucking so that’s exciting at least. If this is a good idea you can do this for less than a dollar at home. If it turns out to be a good idea I should have been a fucking engineer.

I took the liberty of breaking the message down a bit. :) It's always great when new ways are found, they just need to be simply put and organized so more Brothers can enjoy the discovery.
From my viewpoint it's great when guys find different ways to do exercises and report about them. While it might not work for every guy out there it can peak interest to try something else and keep the momemtum of PE going on.

Hanging has resumed @10 hours a week with 6 pounds. I take rest days when I can tell my dick is sick of getting pulled haha. But overall will keep doing 10-12 hours of “heavy” hanging weekly.

As far as the “new method” I haven’t quantified it in hours but I’m going to go ahead and say at LEAST 30 hours of “light” hanging. I basically have it on at all times I can (and remember) with a heat pad on top of it half of the time (unless I’m moving around the house or whatnot). Hopefully something good comes out of all this, if my method is the “equivalent” or close of an extender should see some interesting results soon.

No signs of overtraining, sure EQ is a bit ehhh questionable when I’m trying to get hard by myself. When there is a female present I’m hard as a rock. If everything goes well, will hang another .5 pound condom to it to make a full pound next week. See how my dick feels about that.

Looking good my brother and since you’re hanging I wanted to introduce you to two new routines I’ve come out with recently that are very good and you can find them in SRT. One is called DLD Reverse Pyramid Stretching and the other is called DLD Triangle Pyramid Stretching. Both take the concept of fatigue and the methodology to take advantage of such. Have a readthrough when you get a chance and let me know what you think.

To anyone else reading this I wrote these routines around the SiliStretcher but any Stretching, hanger or ADS will work.
