Got the MityVac!

I received my MityVac right before I had to leave to work for a few weeks and would like to thank every one at MOS for helping me with order tracking and making sure I got it in time.(monkey) That having been said, it is a very nice piece of equipment that is far more comfortable to use than the bathmate or penomet. The packaging is great, the shipping label doesn't say MOS so nosy googlers won't figure out what it is. Everything about it is quality. Very nice job? I have only got to test drive it once but it was pretty straight forward. My only concern thus far is I was having trouble with it keeping pressure. I will experiment further with lube, position etc next time to see if I can correct it(chalking it up to user error). I am also interested in routines, duration etc when using this. With the silisleev and 6in hg it really doesn't feel like a lot is going on. Much different feel than the bathmate. Great job MOS!

Awesome! We were supposed to get a video done Monday but we had a crazy day and hopefully have it up by Tuesday afternoon. Are you disconneting the vac-line from the pump once you build pressure?

Are you using the MitySleev?
Are you hydro pumping or dry pumping?

If you have any immediate questions, you can PM me or hollar at us in the shop chat.

I tried dry last time and tonight. Tried disconnecting this time much better. I still have no idea on a time frame. I went at 5in hg for about 10 min, then took it off, massaged a bit, then went for another 10 minutes. As soon as I pulled it off my unit it felt very fatigued. I then tried to do a little edging but EQ was at like -2 (cwl). Thinner than I am usually(which already sucks lol). No pain or bumps or anything though. You do have to watch the expansion at the base. It gets tight when you have the sleev on.

For beginners

Start pumping slowly;
there should be a gentle tugging feeling. If there is any pain or discomfort, you should reduce the vacuum and STOP if it continues. Release the vacuum often, especially for first time usage. Little and often is the key. To release the vacuum , use the release lever on the pump handle.

DO NOT exceed a static vacuumgreater than 6 inch Hg / 15cm Hg / 0.2 bar. A vacuum up to 10 inch ( 25 cm) Hg is acceptable only where the vacuum is continuously cycled slowly between 10 inch and 4 inch.

For more advanced

Go for the popular 5x5x3 routine

Girth Program: 5x5x3
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the MityVac at 6in

5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the MityVac at 6in

5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the MityVac at 6in

I’m happy you arrive safely and I am very happy that you’re pleased with the quality. Take your time and learn everything and master it before you go all out. I look forward to your future testing and reviews.

Pleased you like it, and it will greatly help you in what you want. If you have trouble at the base with the sleeve, try applying lubrication around the sleeve, and see if that helps you slide in better.

I am right there with you brother, i also recieved my pump today, my first impressions are: I love the case and accessories, the sleeves and rings are of the highest quality. the case alone i feel is worth a decent amount of money and at right above 100 dollars total its a win win. Well my first session i must say i was pleasantly surprised, can feel the expansion greatly, and hydro pumping is awesome makes your dick look huge haha, I also experienced the pressure kind of bleeding out i guess? i left everything attached, are we supposed to be detaching something after we build pressure?? I got a great workout nonetheless and my penis looked like a dill pickle all day with the help of a siliring to hold expansion throughout the day, periodically for like 20 min of and on sessions. Also I ordered the 2in diameter cylinder at 5in girth, and i feel as though i am at max capacity, especially going in erect i am almost hitting the sides already, at 6 hg, I feel an upgrade to a 2.25 in cylinder in 3-6 months or so will be needed, are there cylinder upgrades readily available for purchase?? Overall I have to give this product 5 stars for price and quality!!! great job MoS !!! :) im excited to get back to it tomorrow!!

I pump to a little higher than I want then detach the hose. It holds pressure that way. Are you using the sleeves when you pump? I can definitely feel the tug when I pump, but when I take it and the sleev off it looks like I didn't do anything. I haven't tried using it as a hydro pump yet. This thing is much different than the BM. Also, do you use the base sleeve for the tube? At 5" girth I can't imagine you fit in that. I'm kinda thin and it is really tight on me. Oh the ring and sleevs are great for wearing all day. Minimal inconvenience for something that keeps you from turtling all day.

Awesome review! Yes, detach the vacuum hose from the pump cylinder if you want to maintain a constant pressure. Leave the pump handle attached when you want to cycle between high and low intensities just like High Intensity Interval Training.

We will have Cylinder upgrades available and we are now starting to handcraft heavy duty 6mm thick wall cylinders with custom lengths and and widths.

Yes i use it. I start by lubing then i have to stretch the base sleeve like i do the silirings around my shaft, i then get it comfortable and press tight to my fatpad as possible, it is a little tight but i like this, and see it as beneficial it acts as a constrictor just slightly keeping me pumped inside with a couple kegels, then i add the cylinder and create vaccuum and the expansion is great! this is all hydro method though as i dont have a desire to pump without water at this time.

Yes, the MitySleev acts as a restrictor ring while you are pumping. First get a boner, pop the silicap on, pop the silisleev on, jelq a bit, pop the MitySleev on then attach the cylinder and start pumping.

The MitySleev keeps the blood packed in the penis as it expands. After you are done with your session, pop the SiliRing on to keep expansion for another hour. Some people also pump with the SiliRing on as well for extra constriction.

We just updated the MityVacs with new high-end air-vac connectors. Tomorrow we will be sending everyone the new 12" air-vac hose and CBC cylinder connector that screws on top of your MityVac pump cylinder. These are new high-end parts and they are a new style and they will fix any issues you may have with a loose connection. We will also send you an extra set of MityRings with the upgrade.

Look for an email shortly.

let me know when we can purchase the cylinders seperately, i will probably need to upgrade sooner rather than later, im packing it already and sometimes my head like drags up the side and kinks to the side a little, its not too bad i just restart with more lube or more water, and good to go, and i know you guys are still prolly working out all kinds of details, but if or when i can do that holler atcha boy! lol

Thanks for all your in-depth reviews they’re very helpful for us when we create modify equipment.

When you guys receive the new upgraded MityVac parts this week, the threaded air-vac valve that screws into the top the MityVac cylinder only needs to be finger tight. Do not over-tighten the valve or it will crush the o-ring and leak air. A good way to test if your valve is too loose or too tight and leaking is to fill the cylinder up with water and hold upside down to see if you get any drops of water dripping. You can also add a little clear waterproof silicone sealer/caulk to the threads with your finger before you screw in, like we do.

Yes Lightning has been phenomenal in getting everything shipped out and packaged extremely well. I just received my silicaps today and can’t wait to get started.

If your on the sidelines don’t hesitate as the mitivac and the size doctor are really well built and well designed products - talk about great quality ?

DLD and Lightning have been very quick to respond and accommodating with processing my order. I’m so glad you guys started enhancing and creating your own products to better fit our needs - true pioneers of the brotherhood

I am so happy that you are so satisfied. I have to say I am excited too, I was so tired of unreliable affiliates with over priced gear. We have only just begun and we have already relaxed all affiliate tools with our own gear. This has been my dream since the beginning, today it is a reality thanks to Lightning! There is so much more coming.

I’m looking forward to all your new innovations. Just saw the Silistretcher - good gawd ? You guys have put a lot of hard work into MOS and we are greatful to have such great mentors and products!

Does mityvac give a pronounced temporary increase like bathmate when used as an air pump or is that more of a water thing?

It gives good or better temporary expansion as it is more intense than the Bathmate. This expansion would be similar using the pump with air as it would be with using water. I just feel that using water is a much smarter and more natural. Using water rings brings little water retention but using air brings more retention. In either case I would recommend the 5×5×3 found in SRT as your main workout for your pumping.

Guys if you live in the US go and buy it, dont even think about it!
I wanted to buy it but shipping would cost me allot(international shipping) so i'm going to save up a little bit.

The fact you can work lenght and girth at the same time without fluid build up, and relative to the extender, in a much shorter time span is really amazing!
From my experience, if you are a student or you have privacy at work, the extender is great, you just put it on and continue with your day. But it is not something I would want to go outside with because you need to adjust it and watch it, also squating down to pick something up is not easy!
And comparing it to the bathmate, which is a great pump and I have enjoyed using it, But it takes allot of time to set everything up around the session for a 10-15 session: warm water in a seprate container, you want to use it in summer time(so you"ll be warm and the water wont get cold), privacy and getting the right seal. All those things made it useless for me.

That is why I think the MOS pump with all its extra stuff(sleeve, cup, mode for water pumping, etc...) is a superior product and it would be my personal favorite.
My only concern is the cylinder size, picking up the right one and the possibility to outgrowing it.

I can’t wait to you actually get one and hear your review. This is such an awesome post without even having the pump yet I can’t wait to you get it. Everything you said is so awesome and very true according to many people. It was only a matter of time before We started making her own tools. The MityVac is an incredible tool that takes great system like the BathMate and brings it to a whole new level. We’re in the business of making things better and this is just another example.
