I’m pretty excited. A little history.... in 2008 I fond pe gym and started doing pe. I was pretty consistent for probably a year. I gained an inch in a couple years and since I really have not seen much for gains other than about a quarter inch in girth after purchasing the bathmate. I became a member of mos probably 2 years ago. I have been pretty consistent with helping throughout my entire journey but have not done a lot of stretches for the last 8...just kinda here and there. Well I have been trying to stretch more...in bed at night or in the morning or sometimes both I will do under the cheek/leg stretched and just hold it on both sides for as long as u can trying to do st least 30 min. Now the last couple weeks I have been trying to also do a stretches and bundles stretches putting as much intensity as possible. So anyways back to my excitement....I have been measuring 6.5 inches consistently ( once or twice I measured 6.75 after a workout and being extremely hard. But this morning I measured just beyond 6.75 and my dick being pretty fatigued because the last few days I have worked it pretty hard. So I’m guessing when I have a bi of a break and am very hard I might be very close to the goal I have had of 7 inches. My plan is to keep stretching the shit out of it.... and maybe get beyond 7!!!!! Wow I love this, when he saw that quarter-inch you must of been ecstatic! When we gain the reality that PE truly works we can make huge gains being consistent and motivated. I can feel your excitement and I can see that you were taking this very serious.

What I’d love to see is you create a progress thread laying out your measurements, your goals, your routine and pictures and videos if you desire. Nothing is better than a progress thread as most of us check up on these every single day, myself included. And when you update your progress thread with new information we can be a great source of critique and motivation.

New people looking at your progress thread and seeing that you’re gaining size truly motivates them to come out of the dark and become a Brother. Once you have become a brother here the support is unbelievable! So please start a progress thread.

How is everyone I’m going to try and keep a progress thread! I will try to start from the very beginning. Just a couple thoughts first... I have lost my records from 10 years ago I know what I measured but does anyone ever think maybe I measured wrong or maybe I didn’t do something right lol? Also I find especially my flaccid size varies ALOT. Seems that my hard measurements vary some what due to how long it has been since I worked out (pe). Does everyone measure right after a workout? Because of the huge flaccid differences I never really measure flaccid. Ok on with the details!

Starting bpel 5.75 inches
Erect girth 4.75

6 months ago
Bpel 6.5
Eg. 4.9-5


Current bpel 6.75
Eg. 5.25

I plan on taking my eg again after not working out for 24 hours to see if that measurement stays true.... if it does I’m super excited about that! Another thing I have been doing is wearing a cock ring (o ring) all day. Even if I only stretch it seems to keep me elongated somewhat. One of my fav things to do is masterbate or even have sex while wearing a cock ring.... seems to really keep me expanded! Later guys!

That's normal and happens to everyone, nothing to worry about.

Does everyone measure right after a workout?

You can measure whenever you personally feel comfortable to do so, however, if you are tracking gains, its wise to do another separate measurement on off days, or if you dont take rest days, as far after the session as you can.

I plan on taking my eg again after not working out for 24 hours to see if that measurement stays true....

This will help with expansion, think of it like extenders but for girth. Not quite the same, but as your wearing the cock ring in this fashion, the same principles apply. It has been termed ADC in the past - All day clamping.

This is fun, and I too did this. Please though, dont ejaculate while still in the device, as this can cause discomfort in the urethra area.

I don’t have any questions or tips but I do have a complement on how well he wrote this routine. Advice is pretty much standard across the board, remain motivated and inspired to get the work done needed to make your goal. The progress thread is a great way for us to help you gain faster and answer any questions you may have along the way. It is also a place that You can document everything you’re experiencing that way when you look back you have a great map to how you did it. This will help many brothers in the future gain size. Progress has always served a greater purpose to the general public than most would assume. There are thousands of people watching us.

I have a similar path as you are though I started in 2014, took a break and I’m now engaged in consistent workouts. I’m about to start measuring again as well in January or February and I’m excited to see where I’m at...

I had the same questions as you as when to measure and this thread has cleared some of that up for me

I recently switched to bone pressed measurements because I found they were easier to do accurately (and because Big Al told me to :P). So I think you're on the right track doing it that way.

One thing I've done to try to keep flaccid length uniform is to measure after spending about 10 minutes just warming myself up. That way I know I at least control for temperature when I measure myself flaccid. There are probably other variables that could affect flaccid length, too. One thing you could do is to measure yourself several times throughout the day, and then take the average of those measurements. Flaccid is much easier to measure, so that's no big deal. :)

I do recommend getting the flaccid measurements, even if you aren't sure they're perfect. The more data you have, the easier it will be to know what's going on and the easier it will be for MoS to help you out!
 
Didn’t have a lot going on this morning so I worked out for about 2 hours. Stretched in bed on my back for about 15 min.
Stretched on the toilet for another 15 min (focusing on intensity utilizing the A stretch!)
Jelqes
Horse squeezes
Ssj
Squeeze at base with one hand then with the other hand and backwards OK grip one finger at a time pushing the blood towards the head (can’t remember what this is called)
Then bathmate 5x5x2. Would have went another set but got excessive fluid.
Should I just keep going when this happens? Some how when I got circumsized they messed up or something it’s kinda wierd I don’t know if that had anything to do with fluid build up but it can get bad in the forskin just below the head. Then edged with a cock ring for awhile! Also I have been putting essential oils on after my workout... I can’t say for sure but it seems like I have better hang and also stay more pumped. Anyone else do this?

Sounds like a good routine that is shaping up....any work applied is forward progress!

I get that fluid build up in the same spot after an aggrsssive Bathmate session. It usually subsides after a couple hours. Sometimes I will throw a one and a half pound bullet shaped weight in a silicone sleeve and hang for an hour. Maybe it’s the compression because sometimes this will help the fluid go down quicker ...
I am sure some veterans here have better fluid solutions.

What kind of essential oils do you use and what carrier oil?

Progress thread serve so many purposes that men who skip them really lose out on. Some of these purposes are keeping track of starting measurements, laying out a routine (we can help you with critiquing what you have come up with.) It also is a great place to put your pictures if you decide to do that. But above all what the progress threads does best is keep you motivated and as you gain it keeps other people motivated to keep on going. It also lets people who are lurkers see that this process truly works.
 
Wow you look fabulous. I don’t think you’re giving yourself enough length. You should get a wooden ruler so you can get a good bone press the measurement in a flaccid stretched measurement. From the looks of it you’re about an inch longer. Your girth looks really good too! Thanks for posting!

I have taken it but I find it difficult to get a bone pressed because the skin stretches out away from my pelvis... if that makes sense...any tips? Maybe I will try to take a real measurement while taking a pic to get some more feedback! I do typically use a wooden ruler bone pressed!! Thanks so much for the compliments!

You want to use a bone-pressed flaccid Stretch measurement because this shows you true gains. Non-bone pressed varies with weight gain and loss.
 
Here are just a few pics I have taken the last few years. They are not very good for recording progress probably but it’s what I have.

I personally think they are fine for measuring progress for you, but if you entered a competition, or needed to prove yourself to someone else for whatever reason, may be business, then you would need a different set.
