can't hold reverse kegel or more than 3 to 5 seconds normal kegels are fine and somebody can give full guide to reverse kegel just to be sure i am doing it right.
 
The trick with reverse kegels is that they are actually a relaxation. I'm not quite sure what you were 'holding,' though that's not a bad way to think of it. Kegels mean I'm engaging a muscle, reverse kegels mean I'm relaxing and stretching a muscle.

So you don't want to overthink this. Relax the muscles that you squeeze when you do kegels, and breath deep into your belly to help push the pelvic floor down and stretch the muscle. I guess you're 'holding' your breath. :)

Welcome to the forums my new brother! You have been given awesome advice. Keeping it simple is the easiest for me. So when I’m peeing really hard pushing it, that’s a reverse Kegel. But when I am stopping the flow of urine it’s a Kegel. The reverse Kegels is so important because it un-flexes all of the pelvic floor muscles allowing the penis and ligament to be stretched with no Interference from the pelvic floor muscles. I created the reverse Kegels when I created DLD blasters so it’s a good idea to read the original DLD Blasters thread. If you need any other help please just ask. And again welcome to the family!

The last thing you want, is to strain when your doing this.

Search for the thread by DLD on kegels, and it discusses the conventional kegel, followed on by the reverse. By practicing this, you will know the difference in isolating them.

Me, personally, I only recommend the reverse when doing length work.

Funny thing is, I don't do any form of Kegels during my length routine be it reverse or the normal one.

Reverse kegel allows you to stretch with more penis exposed. It makes the ligament weak and better stretch

I've always known this but I have never done it. I will start doing it henceforth.
