I want length and girth gains so should I purchase the
PHALLOSAN FORTE PENIS STRETCHER or the SIZEDOCTOR PENIS EXTENDER? I have the size genetics but I don't feel satisfied with it.

I have no experience with the sizedoctor but I do own the phallosan and have been pleased with it. I can wear it for several hours during the day and have the option to wear it at night as well. I have limited experience with it at night but what little I have, it works. I could not say that my gains come from one device as I use a combination of tools. As far as girth, I would have to give my vote for the Bathmate. I have been using it for over a year and it not only helps with girth but it will help with length also. There are some members here that have made some big gains using the Bathmate and may be along to give you some more input

+1 for the Bathmate - A necessary tool in the arsenal of any serious PE'er.
I am hoping to get my first extender soon (Phallosan)
Having a Lengthmaster for serious bundled streching is also key...

I would go with the phallosan forte, as you already have a sizegenetics which is similar to the sizedoctor. With the phallosan forte you can wear it as an ADS when out and about, it gives you more flexibility with your extender work, plus it targets the inner penis more, by how the ring goes around the whole penis versus an extender going into the pubic region and stretching.

We keep adding variety so I guess the choice will get more difficult if we continue to add ADS devices. In my opinion equipment should be purchased in this way. First get yourself the Lengthmaster. It has become a staple in every serious man’s PE toolbox. The second I would pick up is the Bathmate, They only took you’ll ever need for girth. With these 2 devices most of SRT can be done. My last purchase would be an ADS, in my case I love the Phallosan. The reason these three devices or so important is because of what we have learned and discovered in SRT. There is much more importance that goes into these devices then just gaining, a large portion of what we do is healing. When were able to gain and heal efficiently we grow exponentially.
