Nice one. Okay, regarding the videos.

I looked on YouTube, and this needs to be something from Julian, because some of the instructional vids [the more complete ones] are linked by non-Phallosan members, with links to pages to purchase via an affiliation, so I cannot link to that.

Phallosan Forte does have a page on YouTube, but the videos need updating, and the adult filter wont let me in, even when I click okay. With other stuff it is okay.

Yes, same thought here but our Company policy has changed since we sent out many Phallosan forte for free due to money or sickness issues. Unfortunately, as soon as this person received the Phallosan he sold it on EBAY or other platforms, that happened in total about 100 times, that is why the company has changed that. Very sad, as there are many out there which tell the truth and because of some they make this great offer and support to nothing.

I would rather make no profit and help somebody get them to hold the equipment back. That’s just greedy. If someone is genuinely poor and they need something and I do whatever I can so they can have it.

I was wondering whether you could tell us how likely it is that we get a XXL or even 3XL Phallosan chamber. Especially people who use penis pumps would like to make use of larger vacuum chambers.

Currently I am using a 3D printed chamber which is about 5cm or approx 2 inches in diameter. However I had to switch to CPC coupling in order to connect a vacuum pump since I don't think it is possible to reverse engineer the Phallosan pump connection. The 3D print bell works well but the surface is not as smooth as the original and the dependency on external pumps makes the system less mobile.

I liked the Phallosan sleeves but had to switch to LG Hanger sleeves because the Phallosan sleeves don't fit very large vacuum chambers.

I am using the Phallosan belt combined with a cock ring around the scrotum nowadays. Abandoned the foam ring because I didn't manage to keep it circular (which means that the tension forces are not transferred to the body via shear through interaction of belt and skin). The cock ring gives extra volume which comes in handy especially with the increased size of the chamber. After pumping I can keep an erect sized volume which is softer but still big. Seems like the Phallosan really keeps the blood in the shaft, I like that a lot.

I wouldn't say that you can see the Phallosan 3XL custom though. First of all I like long tshirts and shirts so that area is covered most of the time, additionally I almost never wear it outside anymore.

Wearing the Phallosan under jeans isn't my thing but I remember wearing it a couple of weeks in combination with sweatpants outside of the house (actually I always wear sweatpants with the Phallosan, that is: I do that at home).
Another argument to not wear it under jeans is that my jeans don't fit well so I am using a belt and the Phallosan chamber sits approximately at the same height as the belt does.
Also since I can no longer use the original Phallosan minipump I would have to carry a hose or another miniature handpump to reapply the vacuum after going to the toilet.

Personally I wouldn't be too concerned if the Phallosan shows itself in public as long as it is not too obvious (the chamber itself is not that visible anyways - more the fact that the shaft is full and aligned upwards and to the side). It could be interpreted as a boner or shower which stands discreetly to the side. I don't know, PE is a large part of my persona so I wouldn't mind if somebody would notice a bulge.

By the way I consider myself very experienced regarding the Phallosan. I don't have any signs of loss of blood oxygene even after 3 hours of continuous use. I think it is safe for unlimited use if your penis is resilient.

However I don't wear it overnight because I like to give the penis time to recover every night and I like to sleep on the belly which doesn't work well with a device attached other than a cock ring.

My glans is protected by the foreskin which is held together by waterproof foam tape.

Can't say what gains but can't stop using pumps, hangers etc. As a result I try to get off the gains focussed train.

I often think that I didn't gain and all of this is useless for my own case. Another time I look up numbers and list them by date and start to believe I made some gains.

For example: 21.86 cm = 8.6" average BPFSL measurement for month of November 2017.

Nowadays I measure at least 22.5 cm = 8.85", often 23.0 cm = 9.05". However I still have picture proofs at 24.5 cm = 9.65" from last year. Therefore I stay confused and try to care less about measurements and just enjoy my sessions. I do it anyway because of the feel I get from PE. This idea of gaining which gets activated while training is more important than the fact whether I gain or not.

I use the Phallosan because after doing some pumping or hanging I dislike when everything just relaxes too much, it just doesn't feel right. That is why I use the Phallosan, to keep the right feeling down there.
