How best to put multiple routines together?

Greeting fellow PEers,

I’m returning to PE after a longer brake and I have come up with a combination of routines that I want to run. These are

  • a custom manual routine with both stretching and girth exercises
  • wearing the Phallosan forte stretcher a few hours a day
  • wearing a cock ring for a few hours a day
  • 3 short sessions of kegels a day
  • + I also wish to add a short session with BathMate but that would only be like a warm down after a session

Now for my question: I’m thinking about how best to combine all of the above to 1) optimise effectivity and 2) not overtrain. What would be your idea of how these should come after each other? My current idea is:

(warm up)​
- a few hours wearing Phallosan
(warm down)​
- manual exercises + ending with a few minutes of Bathmate stretch​
- a hours of cock ring
(warm down)​
+ kegels somewhere in between​

Would you agree? Also how long should my rests be? Between sessions and between training days too. I was thinking 6 days a week.

Please let me know, any and all comments are greatly appreciated!
 
Are you only looking to gain length or do you want to gain length and girth? If you were going for length exclusively this is a very good workout. I would highly recommend that you add bundled stretches in the beginning of each work out for about five minutes. This will help you gain much faster as it stretches the Tunica which is extremely dense.

Well, I'm actually looking to gain both, length and girth. As you confirmed, my routine seems to work in the length department, but I seem to be lacking in good girth exercises. There are some jelq- and squeeze-type (trapping blood basically, sorry for the description) exercises in the Jade Dragon routine (the routine I'm using, comes from ), but there might be some better ones around. Any suggestions where I could get inspiration for the best girth exercises and maybe upgrade that part?
I am also planning to add bundled stretches!

Also do you agree that the succession of the exercises makes sense? Thanks again!

Yes, your routine is length specific but some girth gains will happen in the process, minor but they will happen. Bundled stretches are something everyone should be doing before every workout, girth or length, for at least 5 minutes. This exercise will pre-stretch the Tunica allowing for much faster growth. As far as girth goes the best girth routine is the BathMate 3x3x5 found in SRT, this delivers the fastest and safest girth gains ever! Check them out in SRT.

It is extremely comprehensive and if you follow it as it is written you’re going to gain faster than any other way. SRT covers every possible aspect of penis enlargement . Please ask me any questions you might have so I can help you if you’re confused at all.
 
I dont like to mix exercises , i like to choose one exercise for lenght and one for girth and stick to that plan until i quit in 3-5 years , maybe less who knows :giggle:

The problem with this is you may run into a plateau where the exercises are no longer giving you the same gains as it did before. It should always gainsbe ready to increase intensity, time or routine if things become stagnant.

Wow, alright. My approach has always been kinda the opposite, to have many exercises (maybe not many but a number in a routine) + some devices and mix it up to for the variety. But that may not be the best approach. Choosing a few and adjusting might be more consistent

It has been a minute, how are things going?

I like to stick to one exercise for at least 90 days before switching to another exercise. For length only though.

This routine is too weak to bring the gains you seek. The Phallosan forte is not strong enough. Get yourself a length master and the SIlistretcher. This two devices will bring gains faster for you than any other PE length tool out there
