Where to start?

When starting a program, is it similar to physical training in the sense that you should pick a direction first? Like length or girth? Or can you do both at the same time? For example, You could work to build muscle and lean out at the same time but it takes longer to see results because they both require different kinds of “diets” for growth in the way that their specific trainings dictate. Like mass up in the winter and lean out in the summer. If so, it is better to choose a route first, is there a recommended route to take or is it specific to what the individual is trying to accomplish (I would imagine the latter)? If I have to choose I would say girth at my lowly 6 inch length but when I read the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory intro I got the impression that it is better to start at lengthening. And advise will be greatly appreciated.

Yes. What is your first preference? You got enough length and chase for girth? Or do you want to go for broke on length before girth since your girth is adequate?

Currently, I'm on both. It slows down to around 65% of the fast gains, compared to doing one or the other. You gain half but you balance out between length and girth at the same time.

If you aim for achieving length first, and you have a girth around 5in, you are good to go straight to 8in length. If you are below 5in in girth, go straight to 7in length and refocus to girth to get to 5.75in. it's a balancing ratio when you chase for both in PE. Others will object of course.

I always trained both everyday. I think it important to listen to your body and do what's best for you. For me it was always both but for some this may be too much

Will do as you did, going full SRT starting this Monday. 3x20mins of hanging with my LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging and 4-7 hours of extending followed by the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) at night.

Just had to say it.
