my Worst injury was when i was clamping. I took the clamp off and had super hard lymph vessels, it took quite a while to get them to go away, weeks i believe. And after that for years i couldn’t do certain stretches or jelqs. Pretty terrible. I don’t have trouble with stretches anymore but i haven’t tried ssj in a long time so i don’t know if it’s fine or not.

second scariest was last night! I took 3 months off and then jumped into 3 5min pump sessions with 10hg. When i took the sleeve off i had the biggest blackest bruise I’ve ever seen on my body. It was not exciting, but it doesn’t hurt and it seems like in another day or two the lymph will be cooled off and I’ll be back to a milder pumping routine, haha. Good news is i can stretch fine.

May I bump? My worse experience was clamping 35 minutes to an hour. I wanted to go with great intensity back then to get to a quick 6.5. Used a mouse-pad back then. Didn't let off from my penis and started getting a really nasty black-scab under the head of my glans. Hurt like hell. Took about two months off and still hurt than it scabbed up & flakes started falling off. Great thing I'm back in the game after 9 years out completely.

Alot of things happen in life! Majority of the time I was thinking about P.E. Funny, to those who are skeptical, I kept my cemented size. Girth went down a little, but the goal of getting to 9.2 or 9.5x 6.5 was still hanging over my head. If it weren't for the injury, I'd still be going.
 
Yeah want to get to 8.5+ but is hard as fuck, I have been exercising for almost 6 months now n see my dick small as fuck really shitty situation haven't measured yet but I'll measure next week...

Hmm, that's weird. Maybe do more intensity? I just started not to long ago and do 30 minute light stretches & 30 minute jelqing, ssjs 3 times a week. Back then I use to do 3 hours PEing, I honestly believe 1 hr to 2 hrs is good enough. Majority of my hours was devoted to stretching. I never counted how many of this and that. Just did the exercises in that time frame with intensity. Liquid gym chalk allowed me to increase my stretches even further.
 
Yep the grip is a hard part but feel disappointed sometimes I have late night sessions n feel tired..I have pussy waiting n feel doubtful about my size...

To quote from the movie Born on The Forth of July: " If you don't have it in the hips, you better have it in lips! " (cwl) Seriously, It's all about being consistent. I got some tips from KingSnake and others on stretching from the tunica. I honestly believe that's where majority of my gains came from, stretching at the base.

At my 4th or 5th month I hit a PE plateau. My focus was always on the numbers of stretches I could do until I just went with my gut and started doing high intensity stretches during a one hour time period. I mean TOUGH stretches, all kinds, might wanna' try that. You have a length master which is a good device, keep it up. I'm just joking with the quote. Cunnilingus is my favorite when it comes to sex.
 
Had a LM is broken... Actually bundled stretchings are great too have to get chalk for a better grip...

Dry chalk is kind of messy. I honestly prefer the liquid chalk. You can get a good tube for 8 dollars on amazon.com. Better if you have prime. Goodluck. We're always here to help.
