What to do now?

Many years ago I used jes extender and bathmate. Got some results from it but it wasn't completely comfortable or effective. I have a lot of home office now and can sit in front of the computer for several hours. What is recommended for hanging or stretching? I read that Penimaster pro, phallosan etc. are not quite optimal. Which device can i use when sitting in front of the computer? I dont want to jelque and dont want to use bathmate (i have it now).
