Video Tutorials?

Hi, I bought the MoS package a while back and am finally getting into it. But the members only section seems to have been removed, and I can't find tutorial vidoes anywhere on the site. Could someone direct me to a good beginners section that has a basic routine and videos of the stretches? It looks like the DVD i got is pretty out of date compared to what I'm seeing on the forum.
