I was BPEL 6" and EG 4.5 before prostate cancer surgery. I got a penile implant after so my wife and I could have sex. The problem is Dr. gave me a BPEL 3.5 and EG 4,5 implant when inflated.I need to get back to pre-cancer length. The question for you experts is can PE work for me? thank you for your time.

I never heard about this but flaccid length work should not effect the implant. Erect work no so sure.
