Ok, Brothers. Here we go!!!! It’s 11-24-22. This is go day! It’s GO TIME! I am in the process of getting some Sillisleeves as well as the LenghtMaster 3 and cock rings. As I have mentioned, I have the BathMate HydroMax 7. As well as the LeLuv Pump (with gauge) and cylinders in 1.5”, 1.75” and 2”. I have also purchased the IRed Tri-Mode infrared handheld therapy device. I have read that the infrared light therapy (there is also the setting for the combo light that also helps with topical skin health as well) that will get deep into the dorsal and into the penis where it possibly help with blood vessel health as well as healing and recovery. Anyone else incorporated this infrared devices for penile health?
Here is the absolute best (and really first) attempt at the beginning size in both EL, FL, EG and Flaccid EG. I will be doing the BPEL. Yes, I think there is more to this guy on the inside as my fat pad will be addressed with my diet protocol. I also have a bend, as you can see, to the left. I will work on this in my jelqing routine to help correct this. Heck, it might get me another .25” when corrected. Lol. Truth.

I will be doing the following:
(I’ll be using Sildenafil and dropping 40mg about 30 minutes before the show! I really can tell when this stuff comes on, so when that moment happens, I will initiate my routine below. This will be done starting at 0500. Yes, 0500. DLD said he is a night owl. I am completely opposite! Thank you Uncle Sam for initiating this life long programming!!!! LOL). And NO, I am NOT a doctor nor play one on TV. All of these routines and things I do are MY personal choices and I make no claims nor recommendations on any of the things I cover. These are MY choices, routines and supplements. I do not give advice, as I am not a licensed professional, just a dude that is trying to see what works, personally. (I guess the disclaimer is noted. LOL)
1.) Warm Up. I have a great electric heating pad and will be utilizing this at 10 minutes Warm Up session prior to any PE. Wrapping it around my
Entire penis and being careful not to heat up those marbles! I will also incorporate a hot shower on days that I alternate between the Bathmate and LeLuv pump.
2.) After Warm Up, I will incorporate BLD’s Newbie Stretch routine as well as immediately go into my LeLuv pump session. I will utilize the LeLuv in the first two weeks.
LeLuv Session: Immediately following Newbie Stretches, I will achieve maximum erection and use DLD’s
Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine. I will stay at maximum erection throughout. I really have to learn and practice the SSJ as I watched the tutorial and need to ensure proper technique.
3.) After the 5x5x3 session, I will incorporate 200 jelqs as indicated in routine guidelines. I will concentrate on about 80% erection level. The basic OK grip and slow and steady. I will be using organic Avocado oil. Or coconut oil. I know DLD has mentioned Vaseline, and I do agree that it does what it needs to do, especially with a long masturbation session, but maybe the “good” oils will help with the skin and provide nutrients as well. I have to admit that I have used avocado oil in my masturbation sessions, and it does work well. Feels good too! Methodical and concentrated. I’m dealing with a damn Turkey neck that I wish the damn doctor, when I was brought into this world, wasn’t hungover and didn’t cut that back enough. LOL. Maybe someday I can address this. Or maybe use to to my advantage if I choose to look into the foreskin restoration deal. Not sure how that works.
4.) LenthMaster. I will study DLD’s
SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory routine and incorporate this once I have the Newbie down pat (and receive it in the mail. Haven’t ordered yet, but will be soon!) and comfortable with my technique, body and listening to it. Maybe looking at 3 to 4 weeks of consistent daily routines and getting all down to a science. Then making strides, with study and some feedback from all the brothers here, in changing up the sessions and incorporating strategies that will keep the penis “ever thinking and growing”. But again, as some of you have stated, consistent and dedicated daily routine no matter what I choose to run with. Just be consistent.
5.) Warm down. I will utilize the heating pad for another 10 minutes for warm down.
6.) IRedUSA Red Light Infrared device. Bought this off Amazon. As I have indicated, I researched this and it appears that the particular spectrum choice (it is adjustable and has 4 modes of light for specific needs) does indeed aid in deep tissue healing as well as blood vessel health and promoting new collagen. We will see. This will be done at 5 minute sessions for setting of infrared for deep penetration into the penis. I will try and maintain an erection in the process to ensure everything is opened up in there and all of the penis is exposed during treatment and not having to stretch it out if I happen to turtle. Probably not since this routine will most likely have me hanging fairly good and long. I hope.
7.) Sillisleeve or a wrap to keep my penis extended, as much as possible, for the all day extension and healing process. I don’t want to turtle and NOT heal in an extended state.
8.) Hydration, diet, supplementation and exercise.
9.). Oh…and I got hands on something else that I need to do a mass spec or GC on to determine the validity and authenticity. Safe to say, it’s a topical application, in about 30% concentration, that is about 3 times more potent than Test. Yes, I don’t have to elaborate
10.) Kegels. I’ll be following DLD’s Kegel routine and doing this daily as well. Forgot to add this.

Own decision, it is evidently clear that penile length and girth increase of (my goal here) of at least 1.5” length and 1” girth, permanently, IS and WILL be fact and achievable. It is a marathon and not a sprint, as is the case, and I have good running shoes!!!! So bring this shit on! I am 52 years young and wished that I started this about 20 years ago. But, here we are. And here we go!!!! Let’s roll.
