Can you guys recommend for some supplements for ED?
Both for acute and chronic use that I could take daily to make my flaccid penis look a little bigger and fuller? I have mild ED due to weak blood flow and there's some psychological effect too.
And please recommend the dose too. I have heard good things about tongkat ali (i think it's for libido only), tribulus (incr blood flow?), korean ginseng (dose?), citrulline...
Can citrulline be taken daily? if so what dose?

It sounds like you need some professional assistance. I think you may need more than supplements.

Maybe Dr @Jürgen88 will chime in to help with your situation.

Your best route is to buy generic Viagra and use that before your work out and before sex. If you take 100 mg tablet and break it into four, 25 mg per session is plenty and it will keep you solid and erect for your training.

420 for myself is included daily, along with black seed oil, and apple cider vinegar diluted in water (imo) ...
At 51 my erections vary in strength, with all being suitable for satisfying penetration.
I daily partake in: 420, Major Load, Horny Goat Weed, Saw Palmetto, Zinc, Arginine, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Multi for Men 50+, and an apple cider vinegar (with mother) diluted in Spring Water, 8oz, before bedtime. I currently take PrEP and no other medications, except an inhaler for asthma.
I drink two big bottles of water a day and eat balanced meals, seasonal ingredients; this time of year bulk up on spinach, fresh greens, radishes, turnips, broccoli. I make a fruit smoothie everyday with a teaspoon of Turmeric and Cinnamon. Just as a side note, this list you attached is invaluable, thank you , brother, I appreciate your sharing this. I've heard MDMA helps also, though of course, this wouldn't be something the FDA would be willing to share- don't know why ...

@Jürgen88 @DLD i take paxil(paroksetin) ssri antidepresan pill everyday but for my training this is bad. Because low libido and poor erection quality. What would you recommend me?
 
Thanks a lot for detailed reply Jurgen88 and others! That sounds about right and what I have read too on many websites. Thing is I don't want to take too many supplements in a day so I want to narrow it down to 2 to 3 supplements only. Will be taking rhodiola crenulata daily, it's great for energy and may help with ED too. will add on panax ginseng and likely tongkat ali too. T Ali doesn't help with erections correct? Tribulus helps mildly only I am assuming....And horny goat weed likely better than tribulus if I am not mistaken. I think it's just libido. Is it safe to take citrulline regularly long term? (e.g. for several years)

That's a really hard SSRI.

The side effects you report, are very common when taking that particular SSRI, Not worth it.

All those problems come because of the long ass half life it has + the metabolites it gets converted to.
  • By the way what dosage are you on?
  • Did you ever feel nausea while taking it? When do you take it, meaning at what time of the day?
  • Do you feel fatigued every day? Like low T symptoms

  • Short answer, Ask your doctor to prescribe you other type of SSRI.

If you are planning on getting on a girth program, this pill is gonna harm you more than anything else, literally a boner killer. There many other SSRI's with less side effects.

  • I bet you have no morning woods? Have you noticed that the vascularity on your penis has decreased? Engorgement feels "thinner"
  • Suicidal thoughts? (Mainly because all the people that take it, start to develop that type of thought)
  • Weight gain perhaps?

Is it safe to take citrulline regularly long term? (e.g. for several years)

I take it everyday to before hitting the gym, best natural supplement for vascularity. Maximum dosage should be for every individual around 10g.

Combine that with 25mg viagra(sildenafil) = Massive vascularity.

If you want massive muscle pumps + vascularity = 10g of glycerol + 1l of water + 10g l-citruline + 12.5/25mg of sildenafil.

Already im doing girth program this is really Hard for me with antidepresan pill. Yes i gain weight. Yes i feel thin sometimes

That's waaaaaay too much, 40mg! When 10mg is more than enough, even for people with suicidal thoughts. Holy shit, tell your doctor to change that pill ASAP!


Paxil has ton of side effects and you get prescribed 40mg... Cant get my mind around that. I could understand that everyone is different, but at 40mg you are only asking for side effects. Rather than slowing re-absorption of serotonin in the brain.

  • Please do me a favor, ask your doctor about the OTHER SSRI I mentioned. Even thought they are problematic, those 4 listed have WAAAAY less side effects compared to Paroxetine
 
I've experimented with a lot of supplements, and found some that worked for me. They're not Viagra-level "worked", but they turned "nope, not interested" to "occasional morning wood, and rises to the occasion with minor manipulation." In the end this is what I came up with:

Mornings: 1x 500mg L-Arginine
Evenings: 1x 500mg L-Tryptophan

Dosages are a lot less than some people take; once I got an acceptable reaction I didn't increase the dosage any more.

L-Lysine didn't to anything that I could tell, even though it's closely related to L-Arginine. Individual body chemistry can be strange.

I have also tried boron, in the form of sodium tetraborate decahydrate, which hides under the common name of "borax" and is commonly used as laundry soap. (there are boron supplements too, most of them seem to be calcium fructoborate) Major wood, but it makes me irritable. Since the arginine/tryptophan stack is working well I haven't done any further experimenting with boron.

Visit your doc. Say that the stresses of life has really got to you and u are unable to gain an erection. U need something to assist.
Say your friend had a similar issues and Viagra helped him.
