I can now do a full 360 bundle for BTC. I still like doing 180 degrees BTC as well because I feel like I can pull harder.

I wear and ads during the day with light tension. Then at night I wrap to keep elongated.
June 3rd will be my 6 month mark since starting PE. I’ll measure again around that time to see what gains I’ve made.
