Get the length master and throw the SG inside your waste bin. PE works 100 percent. The SG works too but it has frustrated a lot of people in the past including myself.
If you need length gains, buy only the length master and the Uncle Jim wrap.

You should put it on and then turn the screws until you have a good stretch and wear for 45 mins to 1 hour and take off periodically to restore circulation.
You may just not be wearing it tight enough.
