So I did a little snooping around and it would seem that I have thrombosis, I cant seem to find the threat that tells me the protocol for it though.
While I was reading around I saw a guy described that he felt a cable like vein close the the base and it also felt like there was small balls too, which is what I'm feeling and someone confirmed that he had thrombosis.Are you sure it’s thrombosis? I just finished doing the hot and cold method for 5mins, then I let hot water run on me in the shower and finished up with cold water, while lightly massaging.
I'm still confused at how I got this because I could have sworn I was conditioned enough to bump up the intensity now since i was progressing so slowly.
Any pointers?
Note: I'm still using the silistretcher in the morning for light stretching but no girth work until thrombosis has healed.
Finishing the week with 1hr constant stretch at 3.00lbs tension as measured on siliscale.
Yep..... that's the plan, but the thrombosis have went down alot so I should be able to continue girth work tomorrow, I'm going to start back at 5hg and increase 1hg per week and until I get back to 7. Still confused but I'll just start back slightly lightI was going to say that you can continue on with our flaccid length work as this will not affect the thrombosis

Just got my silistretcher today so i will be adding this to my routine as an ADS when i go to work in the morning. Routine I'm planning to use for that after getting used to it is;
4hrs high tension and 4hrs light.
Havent really been keeping track of the how long I've been doing pe, I would say around a month and a half to two months, but I'll use this thread to help me keep track of how long I'll be pe'ing from now on.

I did the newbie routine and now implementing SRT while I learn the exercises. My routine is like my body building.. No routine. But I try to jeq, stretch, pump, and hang daily. I will focus on different things different days. Hang for hours or jelq 4x a day. I keep it consistent but focus on changing it up also.
