I have nothing to do with your order, i have sent everything through to sales for you. I gave you the information you asked for. If your not getting emails you need to check your server because they have been sending you information about returns. Sorry I could not help further

Your order was returned via customs, these things tend to happen not often however it does happen. As soon as it was brought to my attention I immediately created an order to be shipped to reattempt delivery.

You must not be receiving any of our sales emails. These emails can tend to end up in SPAM or never get delivered depending on your email or wifi settings. Trust that all the information on your order was emailed to you, including your tracking. I can attach files if need be. However, I don't think that's necessary. (I will upon request)

I understand your frustration however, the issue you are having is with customs, not MOS, also I will cancel the new order and have your money refunded ASAP! Thank you

DLD has nothing to do with sales he is here to coach and help you grow! As soon as you complained to him he immediately informed us here at sales. An email was sent to you asking for your order number so we can look into your order status and help you. However, you never replied (I'm assuming you never received the email or it is in your spam) I received another notification from DLD this is when I searched emails and was able to come across your order. I saw that Customs returned your order, so we created an order to be shipped to you ASAP. However now that it has been brought to my attention that you want a refund. I will process this and cancel the order even though it was filled today it was scheduled to ship in the morning.
 
Yea i ordered mine almost 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard a single thing about it being shipped or anything. And the money is gone

This is definitely an email issue as all of our emails are sent when orders are updated. We are an adult site/content, therefore, some wifi restrictions and email settings can restrict our emails. Tracking and order numbers are all emailed to our customers. Oh, and your money has been refunded now that we have communicated. Please give it 3-5 business days to show up in your account.
