I’ve been researching through this forum for a while but after trying out a few things and relearning, I’m now looking at concentrating on Length first via newbie routine, followed by progressive Lengthmaster training.
After an inch+ gained I’ll look to start increasing girth by jelqing/sideways jelq etc and will combine the two until I reach my goals:
BPEL= start/ 6.5inch >>> 8inch
MEG= start/ 4.5inch >>> 5.5inch
I know I’m meant to use ring after girth and sleeve after length training to secure/maximise gains but my main question now is which sleeve to opt for? Ideally I’d like to purchase only 1 and keep my spend to an absolute minimum…could I use silisleev5 for both turtling post stretch and while stretching as a cover? I’ve heard others recommend the durasleev while stretching but this isn’t good to wear all day/over night etc.
