Recently, I have seen a lot fo videos on youtube about guys preaching the semen retention. It seems like it is a big thing now. Me personally I have tried it, I managed to do 3 weeks, but then I relapsed, it was simply unbearable. I mean, I could have abstained for longer, but I decided to just bust a nut because when I was at the peak of abstinence, my mind was going crazy, I was thinking almost non-stop about having intercourse with all kinds of women. I couldnt even focus on other things. I was thinking about sex literally every 5 minutes.
On the other hand, I felt also the positives: more confidence, probably more testosterone (thats what they say), better focus (not so much towards the end) and most importantly - MUCH better EQ , which definitely contributed very positively to my PE sessions! .. that is probably the biggest benefit I get from it.

However, these hardcore semen retention guys say that not only you should abtain from wanking, but you should also abstain from ejaculating during sex!!! Me personally, I am very sceptical if this is beneficial in the long run for man´s health. Especially during sex when the semen and ejaculate accumulate in huge amount in all the internal canals and then you just leave it there. I personally think it can cause inflammation and other sesious problems, because it is simply and literally not finishing a biological process that our body is built for.

So what are your opinions on this? And where do you stand? Do you believe in the extreme semen retention of not ejaculating even during sex or just not during masturbation or you dont believe in this theory at all?

I used to have a lot of different theories about this but what I found is none of them really make sense. I’ve refrain from ejaculation for about 60 days now and I don’t feel any different and then when I was letting one off every day. I don’t think holding back or letting out semen makes a big difference.

Semen retention is a great exercise for people who want to conserve energy. Mostly, athletes practice semen retention because they want to be the best in their respective games. I remember reading once that Mohammad Ali used to refrain himself from sex for 2 months before the fight. So you can understand how powerful semen retention can be.......

I used to have this same doubt about semen retention. I used to think whether semen retention is good for me or not? The answer was "NO. It isn't". The reason is simple : My life (right now) doesn't require me to conserve energy. I am no athlete nor do I have to go to work. I can easily go for months without cumming or even thinking about sex. Maybe in the future I will start semen retention when I'll be on a job or something that requires energy. Right now, in the midst of COVID-19, I have nothing to do. Thus there is no point on conserving energy.

If you want to practice semen retention, you can copy my method. I used to play video games to keep my mind away from sex and stuff.

My take on semen retention theory is that it is not for everyone. Not everybody have the same lifestyle. Your practice of semen retention should be synced with your lifestyle. Do not try to copy other peoples lifestyle. Just because it works for them does not mean it will work for you too.

I let one off last night and I feel absolutely no difference than yesterday. For me if I abstain or if I don’t ot makes little difference.

Semen retention is power brothers. I use standing meditation daily (try my best lol) to transmute that Chi energy through my body and into my every day life. Each day I’m getting better and better and I just nut a bunch when I get down and dirty you know??

If I’m going to fight someone I want every bit of cum in me! I want that tower of power! In that state nobody’s getting away! I’m a boxer bitch LOL

yes sir! The standing meditations are great DLD, they actually get rid of blue balls completely when combined with the recommended testicle massages from the noobie routine. Have you ever practiced Zhan Zhuang or any microcosmic orbit meditations?

no I’ve never heard of that if you wanna give me a link I’ll check it out. But I can tell you I spent probably four hours a day praying which is very similar to meditating. And I’ll be honest with you those hours are the best parts of my day. I think as I grow older I find a lot of solace in peace and harmony. When I was younger I wanted a crazy loud life for today I just want peace and joy.

here is the link for the guided standing meditation I do. If I don’t do it i feel so weird lol but your heart has to be in it. If I’m in a shit mood I don’t bother and wait till I’m not cranky

Having quiet time is very important to having peace in your life. Whether you’re praying or meditating the most important thing is to stay in the moment. Do not go outside the moment stay in the moment and create momentum. Don’t look back because you lose energy, don’t look forward because you lose energy, stay in the present moment where all your energy resides!

This is so true!

we waste so much time and we put ourselves through so much worry when we step out of the present, and it’s called the present for a reason because of the gift from God. And as I stated if you’re able to stay in the moment you can create momentum meaning the moment is perpetual.
