You’re very correct, can’t wait to finally get there. You must be so excited to get to 500.
I just use the stop-watch/timer on my cell phone. Keeping it simple. What kind of timer are you using @Abdiel Bull Berg ?
I'm a nerd so I need to know.
Okay.I just use the stop-watch/timer on my cell phone. Keeping it simple.
500 by Tuesday.27.11.23- 4h02mins

Will most definitely be over 500 hours this week, though I won’t be able to extend as much as I’d like due to my parents visiting. Also I have to take the bus to the city today to get my kidneys checked out. Such a hassle as I believe and hope my kidneys are just fine.
We hold our thumbs everything is OKAY.27.11.23- 4h02mins

Thank you for that, but it seems I have some sort of kidney problems due to excessive creatine intake so I will cut my creatine intake drastically down and then draw some blood in a couple of months to see if it has gotten any better. We hold our thumbs everything is OKAY.
I have to tell you something.Thank you for that, but it seems I have some sort of kidney problems due to excessive creatine intake so I will cut my creatine intake drastically down and then draw some blood in a couple of months to see if it has gotten any better.
Not worried though since I feel fine and hopefully cutting out creatine monohydrate will work. Will still take pre-workout which contains about 3 grams of tricreatine malate 3 times a week. Before I used to get over 10-12 grams of creatine in me on a daily basis.
This quote from @squirt_inducer_man is correct brotherThank you for that, but it seems I have some sort of kidney problems due to excessive creatine intake so I will cut my creatine intake drastically down and then draw some blood in a couple of months to see if it has gotten any better.

On top of that you are probably refering to your elevated serum creatinine levels. This is not caused by creatine intake. All lifters natty or enhanced have elevated serum creatinine levels due to mucle damage that occurs following the intracellular calcium overload after weight training that causes a breakdown of muscle tissue. Creatinine, AST/ALT liver enzymes, uric acid, and all these types of things are present in the muscle and when released after muscle breakdown can give a false indication of kidney damage.I have to tell you something.
Creatine consumption will not destroy your kidneys. Creatine Monohydrate consumption is as safe as taking Whey-80 protein powder.
But if you have a continuously Creatine intake, before a blood test/screening (do a blood test) the values they are looking for to look at your kidneys health will indicate that there is a problem. This is known facts, but not many people know about this.
So Creatine Monohydrate will give you false value of what they are looking for, when they do a blood test to see the health of the kidneys. This doesn't mean there is necessary any problems with your kidney. Creatine Momohydrate will give the doctor false values of the blood test. The only way is to not consume Creatine Momohydrate in supplementation form some time before the blood test.
Huh?I have sent you a PM, it's important information about Creatine (supplementation).
Thank you brother for saying this because I have read it somewhere before that creatine supplementation can give false values regarding kidney health. I’ve tried explaining this to the Doctors but they just won’t listen as they think they know absolutely everything.I have to tell you something.

Thank you brother, I have tried telling this to these Doctors but they just won’t listen. Besides that I feel really good and have no signs of actual kidney damage. This quote from @squirt_inducer_man is correct brother

I promise you brother that your test will be fine and you do not have to reduce creatine intake.
