Hello again. So I’ve been using the hydromax extreme9 for a little over a month now. Ive progressed to be able to pump just past the 17 mark on the left side, but when i get to that point the hand ball pump wont fill with water again. In other words the pump will flatten out so I cant pump anymore. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to solve it? Thanks for the help.

I have never had this issue because I have never used the handball. Just doing some thought experimentation perhaps the tube going from your hand ball to the pump may be clogged so I would try to run some hot water through the channels and see if that clears it up. Maybe take a piece of wire and run it through the tube being very careful not to rip anything.

If the node at the tip of the pump is twisted to the left it won’t pump your dick anymore. I have the same pump. For maximum force keep the the pump to the right. When you’ve reached the desired force, twist it to left to lock it in. It took me a little practice to get used to it but it’s the best pump ever. Trust me. If you want me to send a pic just let me know. Good luck dude!

Very good point that I forgot to add, thank you. Many men have different pubic bone shapes and some men need to turn the pump to a certain degree to get good vacuum. Some men use it upside down to get the best results. So keep that in mind

Thanks metsrangerfan and dld.
I make sure to check the valve before every session, i dont close the valve as i like to do minor pumps every 30 seconds or so when fully pumped just to offset any possible loss of vacuum. I was able to pump past my previous point, 17 mark, mentioned above to the 18 mark and experienced the same issue again at that point but i dont think I would be able to handle much pumping past that point anyway.
Ill keep in mind the degree at which i apply it. That may be the issue.

Come back and let us know how it went

What I was trying to say is the black switch needs to be in the middle and the ridged knob my finger is on needs to be twisted all the way to the right. When you pump to your desired strength then switch it to the left to lock it in

Ok i gotcha Mets. So I made sure all of that was good when i started my session, but i still had the issue. I took a picture of the handball so you can see what it is thats happening. I dont know if this will help but the ball deflates but doesnt re-inflate after i reach a certain amount of vaccum. Today it was just over the 17 mark.

This is a tedious question but did you make sure all ends are secured. The side with the ball and the side with the pump. If it doesn’t re-inflate you may have a defective pump. Try contacting bathmate. Something does seem off though. Not sure if it’s broken.

There’s something going on there I would take pictures and send them to our sales department and get you a replacement. Simply send a picture and your order information and we will get you a replacement as long as he bought it here. If you did not buy it here and you cannot get another handball you can always go with a modified version called the wine-vac
