I did not know where to post this thread, so I decided to post it here. @squirt_inducer_man you may move it to the proper location.
I want to ask all available members, whole forum, everyone. AM I the only one on earth that has premature ejaculation? I mean, to whomever I speak, they are all beasts that fuck live �naked people movies� stars. I know I have premature ejaculation. If I am overstimulated I won't last more than 1 minute after intravaginal penetration but OKAY I know my situation, it's lifelong. What about others? I listen everywhere, "I fuck at least 15 mins intravaginal like a beast". Okay If I fuck like a compressor I will cum in 30 secs. If I try to take it very, very slow... I might last....3 mins. That's my best. If I am without sex for a long time, or I did not masturbate, whatever I do, I will cum asap.
Is that the same with you guys? AM I the only 1-minute-get-the-job-done guy here?
 
Pumping and jelqing helps to some degree as the nerves readapt and desensitized about 30%. However, what helped me going from 5 minutes to 3+ hours is the techniques of slowing down, easing out when I was about to blow. It will take a few months to a few years, depending on how you train your mind and body. Sometimes, I do blow my load on 10 minutes rather than going on foe 20+ minutes when I saved up too many days without blowing.

Remember that you can blow faster as your hormones rage inside you. It's instinctive of survival to blow and go. As humans, we tend to adapt and slow down to enjoy. This is a acquired learning and not an automatic biological function. Just seen it as part of PE.

We can go into greater details if you need more info. There are at least seven techniques I can impart to you.

As I have indicated before, it's a learning curve to train your body and mind not to offload until you want to.
  1. Pumping and jelqing does just that. Pump expands the entire penile body, which means the nerves, blood vessels, and tissues are being under stresses. This reduce the overall amount of sensitivity by around 30%. However, the glans can be your strength and weakness. Why? It will be slightly more sensitive due to changes. That sensitivity can force you to deflate during intense erection as it touches the cervix of inner vaginal wall, or it may hyper intensify your chance to offload quicker. I've been on both side of the issue.
  2. Controlling the offload by easing up. This can either be done by manual masterbation, or via sexual intimacy. When you feel like you're reaching 70% stimulated to offload, back off, ease up, and allow a bit of time by doing other stimulation with your partner. If you are alone, squeeze the entire penis shaft hard to deflate a bit. This is a programming period to train your mind not to allowing your semen to offload. Once you calmed down a bit, continue with the pleasuring and repeat. The more often you can do this series of self control under intense pleasuring, you can achieve longer lasting sessions and multiple (dry) orgasms. I get on average of 6 before blowing my loads.
  3. Desensitized methods using creams. There are tons of creams out there you can try to see which works best. So far, most males I know used tattooing cream for the glans and the bottom of the penis, from the frenulum to the middle of the penile shaft along the urethra. Works perfectly on delaying them for about 45 minutes. Why that short? It takes between 30 to 40 minutes to work, and the window of numbing is around the same amount of time. Cock ring is great too, but 20 to 30 mins window before penis goes limp due to nerve pinching effects. A pain in the rear of you want to have hard and sensational feeling for the long duration.
  4. Unload partial loads. What the hell does that mean? Practice to off the load in small amount and not in full. I practiced this for a few years, and offload the volume by 20% each time. I think my English are bad, and I did not pass the meaning that I wanted to pass.
I am not asking about how long someone can last in sex. Or how should someone do sex. I am asking about how long can someone last when he enters a vagina. This is my question. I also cannot take @squirt_inducer_man reply into account because if I cum I need 30 minutes to have erection again because I am not 15 years old which will be bad for the girl.
So, here is the question again. How long do you guy last?

It took me a few months to be a 30 mins man, then hours man after a year while being inside the vagina. What you are experiencing is hyper sensitivity and hyper stimulation. Very common when your hormones are raging to impregnate the girl on instinct. You just need to train to go against that instinct.

By the way, if you take up to 30 mins to get back into an erection, I do have suggestions for you. It used to take me 20 minutes to get my erection back in my 40s. Now, I can get it back in 5 mins.

Critical thing is testosterone level. You must have a good level. I normally take blood sample to monitor my creatinine level yearly. If it drops below 90, I have to find ways to ensure to rises above 100. This is the optimal healthy body of men in their 20s. This is to maintain your libido at optimal level.

Make sure to exercise, both in forms of muscles and cardio. Muscle, or resistance training, should comprise of 80% to 85% of the routine, and the remaining is short burst cardio. This helps with blood flow and heart health to keep your libido high.

Also, keep your Vitamin D3 level up as well as nitric oxide. These two assists with heart health and blood flow delivering the needed blood supply to your penis. I supplement my vitamins with B-complex twice the daily doses, and HMB powder to keep my testosterone level high during my aging years. My libido flying high.

How do I train that?

When you feel that urge to cum at 80%, ease out and calm down, even if it's 40 seconds into penetration. It will take time to train your mind and body to be better.

That's a definite. And also due to hyper sensitivity. When you want to cum, your mind can control the urges to let the load go. That's why I said it both the mind and the body. You have to control both, same as PE. It takes both the mind to keep going and be diligent, and physical conditioning for growth.

Who are you doing PE for? What are your purpose to motivate you? Will you be able to meet your set goals as you know yourself best all these years of your life?

You confidence is your main goal to develop first. Without that confidence, you will not develop the drive and ambition for your PE. It takes tons of motivation and dedication on your part to go through the PE journeys. Those who gone through them at some level, they can tell you it takes finance, blood, sweat, tears, and pure tenacity. This is why the mottos "never give up" and "nothing is impossible" come into play.

It have been difficult for us all.

I went 1 year alone in my apartment, just to get my penis bigger, I lost a lot of muscle mass as well. The sacrifices have been great. But it was worth it.
