Post-Stretching Routine - I NEED HELP!

I’ve started doing the beginner stretching routine again with some added btc bundles and few other additions but want to make sure the recovery portion is on point going forward.

Up until now I’ve mostly been using ace bandaging to remain flaccid stretched post-stretching but I’m guessing I could do more?

I don’t want to purchase any devices just yet except maybe a sleeve. Basically, is ace bandaging in stretched position for 8-hours post stretch sufficient or should I try to incorporate a sleeve (I thought this was the same result as ace)? OR am I missing something here?

I want to ensure any gains are actually kept and not recover in a shortened state. Also can someone please explain the difference between NBPEL gains and flaccid? Someone said doing what I’m doing will only result in flaccid gains? So confused

Thanks

Staying elongated either with a penis sleeve or the ace bandage is the same thing. If you are only staying elongated with the bandage and not doing an actual length routine, you won't gain anything.

You should have a solid routine in place. If you are doing the beginner routine, focus on it and get done with it before adding other exercises.

You are confuse because you are trying to do different stretches at the same time.

Lastly, if you don't own a length master, you should get yourself one.

Yes I always stretch and use ace bandage, never just the bandage by itself unless on an off day and want to stay elongated during rest.

What do you mean by confused because I am doing multiple stretches? I didn’t think it’s that much… mainly just beginner routine either once or twice a day and typically on the days I’m not able to do twice a day I’ll add in some extra manual bundled BTC stretches.

I fully intend to buy a LENGTHMASTER 3 at some point to reach my end goals but right now need to stick with basics

If the recovery portion is on point, then you have nothing to worry about.

Great! Do you have any other suggestions for NBPEL gains with just manual exercises? OR do you think I’m on the right track with what I have available right now..

Honestly, I'm not a fan of manual PE. I don't go by NBPEL measurement because it is never accurate. It always changes with your fat pad. But you see BPEL? It is always the same.

Get yourself a length master.

Will do as soon as I possibly can. A hypothetical for you….
If I was to remain consistent with LENGTHMASTER for period of 6months, 1year and 2 year marks, what could an average in length gains be for each?

We all gain differently. There is no direct answer to this question. People who focus on questions like this will always quit PE. The best thing you can do is to make PE a lifestyle just like brushing your teeth.

The process of training everyday should be made a habit and not seen as a stressful thing that needs to be done daily.

Make sure you are wrapping to stay elongated for a minimum of 6 hours daily though, the more hours the better.

Yeah I know, I experienced beginner gains and then stalled with manuals it seems and took a break but when I return fully it will be with a plan I intend to stick to.

Good to know! I always aim for 8-10hours if I can but there are some days I’m not able to do routine until afternoon and have less in wrap.

Last one… I’m pretty sure my BPEL is 6.75 now (need to do a second test) but NBPEL hasn’t increased past 6.0 (would expect it to be 6.25). No change in bodyfat percentage either. Any reason for these hidden gains?

If you have already experienced beginner gains and then you stalled with manuals, this means you have gotten past the stage of doing manuals. You should get a device for your routine he it for length or girth.

Even if you are too busy to start your routine early, you can start the day by wrapping to stay elongated until it's time to do your routine. Wrapping to stay elongated is as important as the routine.

I don't measure NBPEL so I don't bother myself about it at all. Focus on measuring BPEL only and get rid of your fad pad completely if you can.

Do lots of erect stretches too.

Thanks! Oh ok, I thought others previously mentioned not to do erect stretches. Any advice on these? I want to prevent injury but also maximise growth gains where I can. I’m also guessing I should rewrap after erect stretches in flaccid state like normal stretches?

Do erect stretches always. Get yourself erect and then grab the erect penis at the extreme base and pull to the left or right side and hold the pull/stretch until the erection dies off.

Do 3 reps to each side of the penis each. Always wrap the penis until bed time.

Erect stretching is so important to converting flaccid length to erect length
