Phimosis

How would one go with stretching foreskin at home? I have severe phimosis and recently found out it can cause cancer!? How likely is it? I can't see my penis head at all, so realized I haven't been really cleaning it... Trying to push shower water in doesn't really work as I realize now... I'm scared now, it's been fermenting in there...

There are many ways to stretch the foreskins, ranging from standard low to moderate pressure pumping to mid to base grip jelqing. However, there's too limited on info coming from you for us to provide better approaches.

The question is, which part of the foreskin is tight or lacking of. Circumcised vs uncircumcised? Phimosis is a condition causes by tight skin, but it can happen to both bad circumcision and poor skin growth for uncircumcised person.

It can cause cancer if and only if you have constant skin irritation and the body goes into hyper repairing constantly. This will cause excessive cell growths, which then resulting into cancer.

What do you mean you can't see your head at all? Your foreskin is covering it completely?

If that's the case, you need to begin the process of pealing your skin back, pulling the foreskin connection completely off your corona.
