Overwhelmed Newbie Here

Hi, I just came across this site and have become pretty optimistic after perusing the threads for about an hour now. I am new to every idea, stretch, exercise, and product talked about here. I would like to gain up to two inches in length and up to an inch in girth if possible. Could someone please point me in the right direction of where to start and what to do? All of the threads and info on here have sort of overwhelmed me and I don't know where I should begin. Also, are there any videos that are able to show techniques and such? Any help or mentoring or direction that I could get would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. I'm 42 years old and I don't get as hard as I used to.

I've used the lengthmaster since it came out and my penis works better than before I started. It does look intimidating but once your truly using it that will fade as you grow
