Hey everyone, I just joined here recently. I have been doing PE for approximately 7 years, but very on and off. There were periods when I was really dedicated and disciplined and I made good gains but then something always came up and I got off track. All this time I have been trying different ways of increasing my size, since everyone told me "you have to try what works for you". But I just feel like I lost a lot of time. Now I dont want to try things out anymore but actually do what really works.
Currently I am doing length only routine, which is only one exercise - the ruler stretch (but without the ruler); I just pull for 20 seconds, starting very light and slowly progressing to maximum tension at that 20 second mark. I vary between stretching angles, sometimes I even more from angle to angle during the stretch. I do 36 reps of these. I add 2 reps every workout, if my penis feels good. I do this every day before going to bed, but sometimes I take a day off when Im really tired or busy.
My goal is to gain 2 inches in length. My short term goal for now which I have my eyes on is to gain 1 inch in 6 months. I REALLY want to achieve this by any means possible. I really want at least 1 inch in the next 6 months.
My current size is this:
NBPEL - 14,2 cm
BPEL - 17,2 cm (gained approximately 3 cm since the first time I started PE....but for the last 2 years 17,2 cm has been the most I have achieved, my biggest so far, and I cant get past it)
MEG - 11,7 cm
I really want to gain SERIOUS length and after I hit 8 inches I want to focus on girth only, because I think that is lacking as well.
Do you think what I am doing right now is good or should I change something? I really appreciate any advice! Thank you all so much!
