Hey everyone, I just joined here recently. I have been doing PE for approximately 7 years, but very on and off. There were periods when I was really dedicated and disciplined and I made good gains but then something always came up and I got off track. All this time I have been trying different ways of increasing my size, since everyone told me "you have to try what works for you". But I just feel like I lost a lot of time. Now I dont want to try things out anymore but actually do what really works.

Currently I am doing length only routine, which is only one exercise - the ruler stretch (but without the ruler); I just pull for 20 seconds, starting very light and slowly progressing to maximum tension at that 20 second mark. I vary between stretching angles, sometimes I even more from angle to angle during the stretch. I do 36 reps of these. I add 2 reps every workout, if my penis feels good. I do this every day before going to bed, but sometimes I take a day off when Im really tired or busy.

My goal is to gain 2 inches in length. My short term goal for now which I have my eyes on is to gain 1 inch in 6 months. I REALLY want to achieve this by any means possible. I really want at least 1 inch in the next 6 months.
My current size is this:
NBPEL - 14,2 cm
BPEL - 17,2 cm (gained approximately 3 cm since the first time I started PE....but for the last 2 years 17,2 cm has been the most I have achieved, my biggest so far, and I cant get past it)
MEG - 11,7 cm

I really want to gain SERIOUS length and after I hit 8 inches I want to focus on girth only, because I think that is lacking as well.
Do you think what I am doing right now is good or should I change something? I really appreciate any advice! Thank you all so much!

It got pretty bad so I thought more and more on this and I decided to squash my fears by making an exercise that would utilize my OCD. So I introduced the ruler and presto! I turned a bad thing into a good thing.

I read the whole post that you wrote, it was a very good read. I learned things about PE that I didnt know before. Actually, it made me realize that I was probably most likely not doing enough, especially in regards to passive stretching. I really want to take this seriously and commit to it so I make the gains that I mentioned earlier.
However, Im quite confused on where to begin and how to progress. Because I read that I should do the bundled stretches in all angles before every routine, then it says I should do 100 strong erect jelqs in 4 directions, thats 400 all together. Isnt that too much for the beginning considering its erect and very strong stroke?
Also right now, I dont have all those tools lke silistretcher or lengthmaster but Im planning to buy them soon. What can I do meanwhile until I will get them? If you could help me built a routine that would be amazing, I would be very thankful.

So give me a day to put a routine together and I will also include that supplement routine. I might be able to get it out faster than that, when I get home I will check because I think I wrote two routines last week that were completely manual. I will post them here in this thread. 20 minutes SlowSquashJelq. Take rest as you need but you want to make sure you see expansion by the time you’re done with your routine. So if you’re at 6 inches before training you should see expansion pass that from a quarter of an inch to as much as an inch of temporary gain.

Expressive Stretching is vital to making gains quickest and accessing penis that would otherwise be left dormant. Since you currently do not have a pump I suggest that you do low grip stretching. This is where you will grip at the extreme base and stretch from there. This will help express internal penis making it outward and visual.

Once you get your pump will change this to Bathmate hard-core stretching. This is a very powerful expressive stretch. I actually invented hard-core stretching using a Bathmate.

When finishing your girth work you will want to wear a cock ring to keep the pump around as long as possible. You will see great expansion and you want to keep it around as long as possible.

Finally do 10 minutes of erect stretching 3 time per week

Finish off with the Newbie Routine Testicle Health Massage and Stretch

Thank you very much! I will definitely start this routine even today.
However, I got couple of questions regarding some parts of it.
1.Bundled stretches - how much should I twist my penis? I read some people twist it as much as 720 degrees but to me thats too much. I remember when I used to do them for a while couple of years ago and I could twist only like 180 degrees, maybe a bit more.
- also, how intensely/strong should I stretch during each rep? Should the intensity be like 60-70 % or 100 % always?
- also, should I stretch at full intensity from the very first second up until the 30 second mark or should I start light and increase intensity throughout the 30 second repetition gradually?

2.Rotary stretches - how big the circles should be and am I supposed to swap directions each set or it doesnt matter?

3.Slow Squash Jelq - I read the instructions to this exercise but I dont understand how am I supposed to bend my penis if the erection level should be 100 %; shouldnt it be around 80-90 % for better bending?
- also, in the routine it says 4x5 minutes of SSJ but is it 5 minutes nonstop or can I divide the 5 minutes into lets say 2x2,5 minutes? Also, what about the rest periods between the 5 minute sets?

4. Should I do the bundled stretches separately , lets say in the morning, and then do the girth work with slow squash jelqs separately another time of the day? because it says in the beginning of the girth session I should do also bundled stretches, so that means I do these stretches twice a day or I do it only once a day in the beginning of girth routine?

5.Hardcore expressive stretches - What should be the erection level and how long should be the duration of the reps?

6.How many times a week should I do this routine?
 
With bundled stretching you may get one to 1 1/2 turns and that is plenty. Go hard on the stretch 110%! If you’re able to hold a stretch for 30 seconds that’s awesome. Bundled stretching should be done for five minutes before every workout girth or length. Go minutes to the right and 2 1/2 minutes to the left to make sure you have even growth.

With rotary stretches you want to have a variation between smaller and larger circles. I start out with a very wide rotations and I get more narrow as I stretch. It’s pretty intuitive so I think you’ll understand it very quickly.

The best way to understand the SSJ is by watching this video.

So basically, the Slow Squash Jelq is like pushing the penis into the base of it / squashing it? At first I thought that while the hand at base holds the shaft, the other hand bends the shaft downwards. But in the video he bends it more in an upward direction and simultaneously pushes it towards the base hand. Do I understand it correctly?

Also, just to make sure I do the entire routine correctly. Lets say I want to do the girth before going to sleep. I do the 5 minutes of bundled stretches, then I do 20 minutes of Slow Squash Jelqs and then 5 minutes of expressive stretching. Is that it? Or should I do the bundled stretched also for example in the morning as a separate length session? Or would be there no point in doing so if I am not able to put on an extender afterwards (since I dont have one right now)?

You also mentioned to do erect stretching 3 times per week. Where would you incorporate it so it doesnt interfere with the main sessions?

Erect stretches can be done at any time during the week just get 10 minutes in three times a week and you’ll help close the gap between your flaccid stretched bone pressed length and your erect bone pressed length.

The order of exercise you gave above is just fine as long as it works for your schedule and you’re getting the most out of your routine.

Just one last thing, what about progression? Should I stay at the same rep numbers and rep durations for bundled stretches/erect stretches and also the same time for slow squat jelqs? Or should I increase it every workout?

Increase as you feel ready. You will know when it’s time to add more intensity it is very intuitive.

I am planning to buy some device soon, but based on the routine that you gave me Im not sure which one to buy. As I have previously said, my main goal is to gain 2 inches of length and then just focus on girth, but I am not opposed to focusing on both at the same time. But I really want 1 inch of solid length in the next 6 months, thats my priority.
I was thinking about buying the silistretcher. But I remember you recommended (and also some other people) the stealth stretcher instead. Actually, I wanted to ask you which one is better. Because to be honest, silistretcher to me seems more comfortable and flexible and stealth stretcher has this extender with metal rods which seems a bit heavy and impractical.
Also there is this LengthMaster device, I heard a lot of people have said just good things about it.
So I am really deciding between these 3 - silistretcher, stealthstretcher and lengthmaster.

But you mentioned that in the routine that you gave me, the slow squash jelqs should be done in combination with pumping. So I was wondering if I should buy a pump as well (if yes, which one is the best?) or should I just buy a length device and do manual girth work in form of slow squash jelqs?

My favorite tools for a length exclusive work out would be the Lengthmaster and the SiliStretcher. In addition I would also pick up a set of sleeves. With these two devices I can create an SRT routine that will bring the length as quickly as possible.

Once we have reached your goal in length we can start a girth exclusive routine in the same way. Let me know what you think and we can work this out together.

Please come free with your SS. This is going to make your routine very easy. And if we just go for length right now we can put a lot into it. Overtime I started to believe that it’s better to go for one thing first as it helps with focus and concentration.
