Hello everyone, it's Paul McGirthy here.
It has been about half a year since I started my magical mystery tour in the world of PE.
Took me few months to find my current routine and equipment that fits for me. In the beginning I did a lot of jelquing, nowadays it's mostly SSJ.
I don't have as much time for PE as I would want to, so I just started waking up earlier.

Day in the life rolls like this:
My routine has five days on, two days off.
Morning begins with
5 minutes in Bathmate,
3 minutes SSJ,
5 minutes Bathmate,
3 SSj, 8 minutes in BM.
Install Siliring and drive to work. It stays on for 90-120 minutes.
Obviously I learned this from DLD here at MOS.
- Change to pulling equipment, this one drags my penis towards my knee. This will be on as long as I can arrange, which usually is about 5-6 hours per day.
- Day at work is done, and I benefited from it more than a day's salary! I got paid for stretching my dick!

What does my routine seem like, what do you think?
I rarely have possibilities to continue it at evening time. If I had, what should I do? More Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) ?

And another question;
Recently I had to take few weeks off from PE. First times in the pump after pause were awesome, I got my dick pumped to 8,6 inches.
Now few days after that it doesn't grow inside pump to more than 7,7 inches.
Have I understood right, that this here is turtling? What should I do now? Only keep up with my ongoing routine?
 
If time is the problem, you need to decide between length and girth which one is more important to you. If you want to focus on girth, you need to do the complete 5x5x3 program.

You need a LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging to really make quick gains in length.

Since you have good round knowledge on PE, as you return back from a long or even a short 2 weeks or so break, ease back into the prior conditions. Never go crazy and head straight to the moderate or high pressure you had before until you have a few days of readjustments. Those who just rise to the prior high pressure tend to feel odd hardness along the penile shaft due to tissue hard adaptive responses. Easing in doesn't cause that odd phenomenon.

Yep. Just like I described above. This is your body way of protecting itself from possible trauma. Ease up and ease in. A few weeks off, your body attempts to reset. When that happened to me, not once but many times (lost count over the past 2 decades), I learned to ease back in using a few days of low to moderate pressures, roughly 2 or even 5inHg less. If you use the BathMate without a gauge, for a few days, pump according to the recommended times just to barely rise above 3.5 or 4inHg. Allow the penile shaft to get back into the normalcy of moderate pressure.

The funny thing, no one discussed this from any manufacturers or PE brotherhoods.

Now few days after that it doesn't grow inside pump to more than 7,7 inches.
Ease back a bit and allow the tissues to readjust properly before hitting the moderate pressure zone (5 to 7inHg), and allow a week before hitting the upper (8 to 10inHg). Transition to each pressure zone by allowing a week time. If you have never reach beyond the moderate pressure zone, don't try the upper.

Have I understood right, that this here is turtling? What should I do now? Only keep up with my ongoing routine?
Keep going with your routine, but ease back just a bit. Wrap or sleeve up after each post pumping session.

Been pumping with Hydromax 7, I'm about 8,5' inside tube.
Now I ordered Hydromax 9, hope this helps.
What else, more jelgs?

You can break the plateau if you get yourself a LengthMaster. Jelq is an amateur exercise. When you say you pump once per day, I hope it means you are doing the 5x5x3 routine? If yes, you don't need two sessions. One session daily for 5 days a week is enough.

As brother huge-girth pointed out, the pump can only offer so much in terms of elongated growth under pressure stretches. You have to break the plateau with both lateral force (contortion) and longitudinal force (elongated stretches through LengthMaster or pump). Lateral force to break the collagenic bonds first, and the longitudinal stretches will be much more effective.
