MityVac workout recommendations For length GO

I just bought a mity vac a week ago (2 inch cylinder and 2.25 inch cylinder). I also bought the duro sleeves(good investment)

I’ve used a bathmate (all their models) for 8 years and taking the jump to mityvac is a major difference The dimensions are helping me isolate different areas of my dick that I wasn’t getting before with bathmate.

Currently, I’m 6.5 inches in length erect, 4.5 inches flaccid and my birth is around 5.25 inches erect. (8 years ago I was 5 inches erect and 2.5 inches flaccid/ skinnier girth 4.6 inches)

But right now I want to know the BEST routine or workout for Length using the PUMP only.

So far I’ve been using both cylinders for a week. What I’ve noticed is that I gain more length once I fill the smaller cylinder and then focus on stretching length after (since I can’t expand wider it expands more forward).

I just experimented with filling the smaller cylinder first and then switching to the larger cylinder and yesterday I got up to 7.75 inches. (But this I believe is because the pump is getting into

I don’t use More than 7 in. hG (I’m an advanced pumper) but I don’t want to damage anything by going higher etc. I tend to do about 2- 15 minute sessions. Sometimes a little longer but at lower pressure.

I also spin and twist the cylinder to get more length*** and tilt it up to get around the base.
I normally pump sitting down.

I am also not that FAT lol just an FYI. I’m 5’10 and 165 pounds and 13% body fat. So I would say when measuring after that 7.75 inches I reach in the pump it is really like 6.75 inches (nbp)

so yeah..... if anyone has any cool recommendations for workouts for length they do please let me know. And Please don’t link out to another thread with 20+ Or 99 pages lol. That’s way too much to read. Let’s keep it simple and easy to read =]

The majority of my gains...yes. I’ve also used extenders like size genetics before. I was never happy with that so I stuck to just the bathmate. But, even with a bathmate I wasn’t satisfied because the cylinders are TOO wide.

Girth gains are nice with wide cylinders, but what I really want is more length to hit deeper in my girls pussy. I find that when I’m super hard and had a good session (with my recent purchase of the Mity Vac) that I get deeper and she gets multiple orgasms. Plus I feel like when I do get more length my flaccid hangs lower and I feel more comfortable walking around naked.

Recently, I bought a length master In 2019. I’ve used it on and off. It’s definitely a good tool to use in conjunction, but you gotta be consistent. Unfortunately I have like 3 jobs and my time is limited on when I can do PE. But I’ll have to figure out some time I guess to get back into it.

As bad as this sounds I sometimes pump while driving or pulled over in a secluded parking lot. I currently live with my gf and it’s a little hard to be discreet, especially if I lock myself in the bathroom
For a “25 minute shower”(which is long for any dude) I always get away with the “oh I have to wash my beard” and sometimes I lie and say I’m taking a long shit ? So it doesn’t look like I’m wasting water/taking a long shower.

When I was 18 I started PE. I was very unhappy with my size.

This was 2012- I was 5 inches erect and my flaccid length was 2.5 inches ( I wrote it up there in the first post)

I was somewhat bigger than that, but that’s because I have a lower body fat % and thinner thighs. Does that make sense? Im not sure if that’s you in the photo, but are you physically active as well?? I hope I’m not offending, it’s just that your body mass around the penis can make the illusion of it being tiny when it’s average.

Yes PE works for ANYONE regardless of size. You can be the smallest or biggest and it’ll work. I’m honestly thankful I did this back in 2012. It changed my life.

but, what I can say is to have patience and to be routined. You need to have the right mindset because at the end of the day this is going to become apart of your lifestyle. Adding PE to your lifestyle is going to something that’s on your mind almost everyday and something you’ll be doing for the majority of the week to see improvement and gains.

you really have to say to yourself that you can do this and will put time aside to train. No excuses.

i would say a 0.5 inch or 1.27 CM in length can be reached at 6 months with hard work. Girth can be achieved by using a pump or hands.

The best possible length routine would be in the first page of the SRT routine. SRT allows for several different ways to put on links very quickly. Read through the whole post, it is rather lengthy but you should be able to read it within 10 minutes. Come back with any questions you may have.

I’m a little confused with SRT.
So what type of routine should I be doing with my
mityvac for length?? I don’t really have time for manual stretching or extenders and what not. I basically pump because easier to do while I drive or
Parked in a secluded parking lot. Not really ideal for a 2 hour session. Plus illegal lol ?

Pumping is not the best way to gain length. If you’re looking for a way to do length work without manual work you should pick up the SiliStretcher. The Mityvac can be used to do Hardcore Stretching. You can also gain length by packing the tube. But it is mainly a girth tool.

I am mainly after length gains myself at the moment. Currently 6.5 EL.. and in my BM I can go upto just under 7” when maxed out. Doesn’t stay like that when I take it out the pump tho ha. I’m hoping with time and practice it’ll happen though. I’d be happy with 7” and then to start concentrating on some girth.
seems like you got some good gains just from the BM alone. How often did you use it and how long were the sessions?
