Lymphatic fluid in the frenulum

Hello,
I have a question. I have been using Penimaster on and off for months already. I still cannot wear it for more than 2 hrs because, a part of it starts hurting, the main issue is that when I take it off there's always lymphatic fluid in the frenulum area.
I thought it would get it used it, but I still cannot go beyond the 2 hours.
Maybe it’s a matter of tension applied? Or maybe I should make several sessions of 1hr max each?

Brother.. Do the following and it will improve!


1. Lube Quantity:

• DON’T use too much
, excess lubrication facilitates the way for excess skin to be suctioned. Less is more 😉

2. Pre Workout:

Even starting at low settings, a proper session should start with heating the tissues and manual stretches. Fail to do so, results in unnecessary tension that will be applied at the glans.



A) Heat: Heating before / or during sessions increases malleability of the tissues.


B) Stretching: Highly suggested to aid, since penimaster is not an active way to stretch, is a passive way to stretch, meaning it only holds in place what’s already stretched.

If you just jump into it with cold tissues🥶, and stiff tissues, all the heavy work is going to be held by the glans.

3. Right Size:

Make sure you’re using the size of sluices and diaphragms. You can even combine different sizes if needed.

For example: A year ago when I started using my PM. I combined the blue (large) diaphragm, with the yellow (medium) sluice.


After I started doing heavy girth sessions I opted to switch the sluice also to the blue one (large)

The yellow (medium) was starting to be painful, being smaller it was pulling “excess skin” in at a faster rate, I had to be constantly pulling it out.

4. Pull it out:

• “Excess Skin Suction” creates that mildly / noticeable painful fluid retention.

Truth is that if your glans is in, your frenulum it’s there too. Although frenulum only starts hurting when what comes after the frenulum starts to join the party, that much skin in such a little space it’s painful, JUST PULL IT OUT.

Don’t wait till the pain is noticeable, monitor your glans suction quantity. If there’s more than what you started with, you can carefully pull that skin out, just make sure you don’t pull too much either or suction will be compromised and a portion of your glans will be hanging outside.

When pulling out the extra skin, if you loose suction and you can see you too much of your glans outside, is better to take off and re attach to avoid cut of circulation.

And now, juat some extra tips.

•Sometimes I also take advantage of that excess skin suction, and use that suction to stretch the extender like this:👇🏽



Stretching like this can worsen the frenulum fluid retention though, be careful.

BUT…. if you pull the extra skin out manually, and also practice some light tugs like that, it can create the PERFECT SUCTION, with no extra skin going in permanently for the sesh.


•Your dick will learn to overcome that painful frenulum fluid retention and build pain resistance the more it goes through it!

Well.. when it comes to girth, the trick is to teach your tissues to withstand ALOT Of unnatural pressure.


If I was you I would get a high quality girth clamp, I like clamping cause it actually produces alot of expansion with very very low to zero fluid retention. And also its a fraction of the cost of a pump!

I also love pumping, but clamping is king for training. And pumping for sex is king.


I personally got this clamp, and its super comfortable and quality : 👇🏽




Also get yourself a nice tight cock ring, measure your dick and get you something accordingly to your measures.


Cock ring is great but I recently came up with something more size adjustable.


You need 2 things:


1. One small piece of silicon sleeve, in my case is MOS Silisleeve size 7/8.


Just cut a small piece for the base of your penis.



2. And this lasso adjustable thing

My suggestion is :


1. Buy those basic tools. Clamp, silicone sleeve, and lasso adjustable thing.


2. Don’t have sex or masturbate for 2 weeks.


3. Start clamping at low pressure, listen to your body go based on that.


4. Use timers on your phone, of intervals of 3mins a the time? Or less or more based on what your body feels like. BUT BE SOBER, BE MINDFUL.


Start with 3 sets of 3 mins. For one week straight.
Everyday 3 sets of 3 mins.


5. Do 50 jelqs at moderate strenght. 50 reps, one reps completed after you jelq with both hands.

One left hand jelq , one right hand jelq is one rep.



6. Jump straight to your cock ring or adjustable
Ring set up.



7. Sleep early and sleep as much hours as possible.



8. Sleep only completely naked.



9. Next day condition/train your dick to hold your adjustable ring set up as many hours as possible.


10. Repeat.



11. After first week, incorporate more sets or time per sets, and also incorporate edging.


12. NEVER COME. I REPEAT NEVER COME!

Edging means stimulate while clamping but never get close to actually enjoying it too much.


Matter of fact this is a perfect time to train how to relax your pc muscles to delayed cumming.

This is a good read. When I was using the bathmate, I always carry water with me in a bucket to my room. It was too stressful for me. This is why I'm going with dry pumping.

You buy one of this bad boys to place on top of the valve to create a seal

Then on top of that you would place this wine cork, and pump manually.

Have you tried dry pumping in your new pump yet?

Not yet. I want to run some errands today first and get my mind settled before I start. I hope to start this week. I'm just killing my length master sessions daily for now.

I remember DLD helped me purchase the Winevac back in 2017. I still have the Winevac but I don't have a bathmate. I find it difficult to clean the bathmate extreme because whenever I remove the valve and put it back, there seems to be a leakage that refuses to go away. I miss the bathmate though, I love it for sex and the base of that pump seems to be wider than 2.5 correct?

I don't use anything for the base of the pump. I've always pumped without the bathmate comfort pad.

Yes it is painful at first but you will build tolerance within 30 days. I enjoy the bathmate more without the comfort pad. I love pumping with the bathmate before sex. It gives me a very huge temporary expansion. Right after my mid shaft, I get a 7 inches expansion down to the base. Mid shaft gets to 6.5 inches after a bathmate session.

And all of this expansion was happening when I was around 7.5 inches. Now that I'm at 8.25 inches, I know without a doubt that I've gained some girth from the length master therefore, the temporary expansion is going to be bigger than before. When I was at 8 inches, my base girth was 6 inches when erect and that was around 2020.

Now my base girth is around 6.1 when erect the last time I measured it in July.
