Evening brothers. I’m having a hard time finding time and privacy to restart my P.E. program. Right now I have a SiliStretcher and a Bathmate hydro. My goal is length as I’m happy with my girth. What kind of results can I expect if I can hang up to 5lbs 5x/wk for 1 hour and use my Bathmate 5 days a week?

awesome! Let me ask a few questions so I can get to work for you. How big are you now and how big do you want to become? How much time do you have every day to dedicate to PE? Do you have good privacy? Do you own any equipment or tools? What kind of timetable are you looking at? Let me know these answers and I can help put something together that will work for you

Thank you!. I'm about 5.5NBP erect length and 5.1EG. I'd like to be 6-7NBP erect length. I'm happy with my girth but I wouldn't mind being 5.5. On a daily basis I have about 1-2 hours a day M-Th for PE, not including 20 minutes of bathroom time for the bathmate. Friday-Sunday I have "infinite" time. During that 1-2 hours and most of the infinite time on weekends I have good privacy. The tools I have now are the original silistretcher kit and bathmate hydro 7 with shower strap and the "ball pad". I'm hoping to get to 6 inches in about 2 years. 1 year would be great, but I know these things take time.

So do you think it is best for me to write you a length only routine for now? And we can concentrate on girth after you’ve made your gains in length.

Yessir! I’d love to focus on length now. We can put girth on the back burner.
 
Going for length only makes your job much easier and allows you to focus exclusively on what you’re doing. The best length exercises would be the basic stretches with some additional exercises and practices. If you are comfortable with tools I can write a routine for that.

MANUAL
going completely manual I would invest your time in the basic structures found in the newbie routine. Follow the healing practices in SRT keep yourself elongated after you have trained. I would add in three other exercises that will cover other areas of growth. The first would be Expressive stretchingwhere are you concentrate on your lower shaft pulling penis from inside the body out. The second thing I would suggest is doing erect stretches 3-4 times a week for5-10 minutes. Lastly I would suggest a fulcrum exercise like DLD Blasters. This would be the best routine for a completely manual workout

TOOLS and MANUAL
SRT has become the industry standard for using tools and manual work to make gains in the fastest possible way. If you’re only going for length I suggest 2 tools ? the Lengthmaster and the SiliStretcher , These two devices are extremely powerful and will deliver growth quickly and safely. The difference here is the equipment itself. I would still advise you to do the basic stretches but you’ll be doing them using your LM which is extremely powerful. The additional stretching you can also do with your Lengthmaster . After that instead of wrapping to rename elongated use your SiliStretcher which will do a much better job. And using your SS you’ll be able to take part in active gaining and passive healing as outlined in SRT .

Thanks! I prefer tools. I've never felt much benefit with manual stretching. I already have the silistretcher. I can get a length master, but it'll be a few weeks as COVID has not been friendly to my finances.

That’s awesome that you already have the SS now you just need to pick up the LM and we can make a length routine that will bring you to where you want to go very quickly. While you wait on the LM I suggest you start with simple basic stretching found in the newbie routine. Once your LM comes in we will swap out all of those stretches and make them LM stretches. Wear your SS as long as you can during the day with as much intensity as possible and wear it at night at a moderate setting to help you heal.
