Technology Issues with Editing Old Threads and Adding Attachments?

Anyone else having issues editing old threads and including attachments?

Example below:

I tried attaching images via the attachment tool and that doesn't work. Attaching images via url only places the link.

I was using attachments. Maybe it was just a glitch.

I also used the img button and it also coded is as an attachment.
Try using the img button.

EDIT: I did a test attachment w/ the image button and it worked. Scratch that.
