It's based on how you want to do your PE based on priority. Length first? Girth first? Both equally? One over the other but both are important?
If you're aiming for length, focus everything on length. Dedicate all your time to stretches and the devices you have, with 5 to 8 hours of total rest phase without them on. Your glans may be overly sensitive with 12 to 18 hours of pure tensions.
If you're going for girth, pump sessions in the morning, strap on the VLC tugger for elongation at low tension while healing, and add a cock ring to maintain a 60 to 80% blood volume to keep that expansion for healing process. I do this during my rest day for lengthening every 3 days. Pump again at night to get that extra reinforcement for expansion, and a 90 minutes erection/blood trapping at 80 tp 90% volume to cement the stressed expansion.
If you're pursuing both, play the balancing game of morning ADS and night time pump. Wearing ADS for long hours after pumping can be quite uncomfortable. 70% length work, 30% pump work, or even 90% and 10% respectively. This is where you decide your priorities. Mine is 60% and 40% for this quarter of the year. Next may be 30% and 60% based on priorities.
