But only stay clamped down in the chamber for maximum of 13 minutes is the way to go. This way you don't restrict blood flow for to long, this will help you with less discolouration and better comfort while stretching.
Your glans and penis will get used to it with time.

You should stay clamped down max 13 minutes in the chamber at a time. When you detach yourself from the chamber, you should remove the wrapping completed to restore blood flow. This is an important aspect. This will also reduce discolouration at your glans from happen, or at least you will significantly reduce it. I forgot to mention. I have found that 10 minutes is a god rest time between sets.
So 20 minutes training, 10 minutes rest and then another training?

This is how I'm doing it.
Each session is 20 minutes long (not less not more, exactly 20). I usually do 2 sessions per day, and I do 3 days stretching and, 1 day rest and repeat.
Anyway. I split up the 20 minute sessions into two.
So 2 sets, 10 minutes each. I use the remaining 3 minutes in each set (clamped down time) to perform a warm up in front of a heating source. I use an modified car interior heater as my heating source. I also keep my stretching inviroment at 30°C/86°F to keep my tissue flexible and maximize elongation. Warmth is important to reduce pain/discomfort.
I would like to have a picure of your chamber, I want to see if the padding are covering the 4 corners in the chamber. It should be, but you never know.
If they are not covered, they can be the reason for your loss of sensation as you are describing it. It will also get better in the future when your penis gets used to it all.

IMO you should be working towards at least 3x20 min sets and be pain free! I think you need to fix your wrap and your clamping technique.

Less is indeed more when stretching with LengthMaster 3.0 (Abbreviation: LM3). I don’t mean to sound like a dick after being away for 8 months, I’m sure your a PE pro now! My point is for example you advised don’t stay in the clamp for more than 13mins when DLDS advice has always been 20. I don’t think advising him to do less is helping to fix the problem weather 20 mins is now considered necessary or not for growth you should still be able to achieve it comfortably without pain, swelling or discolouration What I’m reading now makes PE sound easy and nothing like what was the gold standard SRT.If you stretch more efficiently you don't need 60 minutes with the LengthMaster.
40 minutes per day, is more then enough to make fast gains.
The purpose of NOT staying clamped down in the chamber for a long time, is to reduce; discoloration in the glans, and prevent/reduce fluid retention in the tissue.
