i just have concerns if this will be worth it long term. let say i hypothetically i reach my goals. is this permanant? will there ever be a time when i can stop pe, stop and just forget about?and keep any gains i have made?if this requires constant maintance then what psychological effect could this have long term if i have to constantly maintain size for the rest of my life? would it be better to just learn to live with what i have? if this is something that take oh lets say 5 years and then i can be done i think that would be worth it ! but the rest of my life,i think i would suffer emotionally always being concerned with size. @DLD i see you giving good advice, the short time ive been here. do you have advice/opinion/info on this?

Hey That guy,

Before the invention of water pumping I would be concerned about permanant gains too, now I do not. I have a 3-5 year objective and I will seriously for the rest of my life water pump for EQ and get three bird with one stone, keep my gains, keep amazing size during sex and improve my EQ.

I have said in many posts that my EQ dip'd at 30 , 38 and 42, that is just what happens to all men. I could go on viagra or do 2-3 pumps a week, for 15-20 min max. That is not a hard commitment to make, especially when your penis get's bigger after a pump and you get to give it to your spouse for sex.

So in total those are 3 pros of water pumping and technically you would do that if you did or did not do PE anyways.

Yes. What you gained will stay permanently. Like everything in your body, there are three stages: growth, sustain, and regression.

In PE, you also have 3 stages: growth/gain, sustain, and regression.

The growth/gain stages is temporary until you cement it. It's part of growth phases. Cementing request just a bit more time, roughly around a month to 4 months after the growth. It's to prevent any possible immediate regression or loss. It's just like your weight lifting gains. You build muscles, you don't cememt the temporary gains with cementing work, you'll lose the muscles within a month or two. Once you cement it, the sustaining PE workout is very light. It's as light as doing one routine every month or so. It's just to prevent the tissues from regressing due to aging. Regression is just that, the regressing due to aging. Just like the rest of our body, every part of the body will shrink or regress due to aging. Ever heard the phrase, "You don't use it, you'll lose it"? Just like your penis, you don't maintain the blood flow, the light exercsises and the prevention care, your penis will regress. The loss is very little compared to what you've gain.

will there ever be a time when i can stop pe, stop and just forget about?
Yes, after you cement your gains. You can completely forget it you like. But remember, age is not just a number. It's an indicator of what you will lose as you grow older.

and keep any gains i have made?
Yes, you'll keep what you've gained after the cementing work.

if this requires constant maintance then what psychological effect could this have long term if i have to constantly maintain size for the rest of my life?
Only if you want your 100% gains to remain, or even adding a bit extra.

would it be better to just learn to live with what i have?
If you're satisfied with what you have, there's no need to pursue any further. Once again, the aging regression.

if this is something that take oh lets say 5 years and then i can be done i think that would be worth it ! but the rest of my life,i think i would suffer emotionally always being concerned with size.
If you're only chasing after 2in length and 1in girth, then it doesn't take 5 years. 5 years journey in disciplined PE will allow you to gain as much as 5in length and 4in girth. Most of us gains around 1in length and 1in girth at minimum each year with disciplined PE. That means you can't be relaxed and lazy about the routines. Otherwise, it will take you 5 years just to gain 1in length and 1in girth being relaxed and lazy. You'll be surprised that doing very light maintenance PE will actually make you gain at least 0.15in length and 0.1in girth yearly.

how long will it take me to reach my goal?

Your current stat is practically near mine when I started in November of 2023. To reach your objective goal of 8in length and 6.5in girth, it doesn't take more than 1.5 years of discipline work. You can gain your girth very fast within a year, and you can do the same for your length. I like to take my time in a safe manner to boost both length and girth equally to 9in length and 6.3in girth. So far, I'm at 6.5in length and 5.5in girth from practically your current stats. This is within 7 months of PE routines. Once I reach my girth of 6.3in, I'll hyper focus on my length and reach 9in within the year.

It's about the proper tools and discipline of PE routines. Many brothers here already prove that in their journeys. I'm doing that myself as well. I have photos going back to 2012 after my initial gains of 1.25in length and 1in in girth. Those gains were within 1 year of PE testing during the PE evolution, with some light PE routines to keep the penis strengthened. I was with our brothers that pursue new theories, and DLD was a beacon of light in the PE world I followed. My wife, my girlfriend back then, could only take so much so I stopped, otherwise, I would have gone to 7in length and 6in girth back then. Now, she wants more so more I will obtain more for her.

As you can read in my posts, set objectives is my advice, it's a mindset that works for some and not for others. Know thy self with goals and then you will never over push since you know the end goal. Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

I don't want you to underestimate the power you get with your first 1/2 in girth and length. Those are game changers. For me it took a year with full program but everyone is different. I'm on a 3-5 year journey and I'm loving the process. It's so hard especially in months 6 and 9 but some months you won't believe the size of your cock and some months you are eager for the next growth. So it's a roller coaster I think to be prepared for.
