I still get the retention, but I take breaks now at 3 hrs and let it go down. I aim for 8-10 hrs a day. I will try the condom too.
Good news, the stretching is working. I started PE back in 2013, then took a break for years. Started at 5.25" length. Now I am up to 6.5" length, and 5.5" in girth. My last GF loved my cock and said it was the biggest shes ever had. My goal is 8"x6", when I get to 7"+, I will be really happy. If I get to 7"x6", or 7.5"L, I may stop. Erection quality and length together are my ultimate goal, and I'd be willing to stop once I am in the 7" range.
I have gained at least a half-inch in length since December, and .25 in length in 25 days of stretching with the Silistretcher. I should start a success thread.
Also, healing in an extended state with a Silisleeve. I turtle really bad, especially when I am active, in the gym. I am experimenting with using a silisleeve when I workout, run, etc.
One other thing I noticed when I do PE; my erection quality goes through the roof. Too bad I am single right now. I am in my late 40's and have about 15% body fat. Want to get down to a lower body fat, to 10%. When I run or do crossfit training, my dick works the best.
