HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU GUYS TO REACH YOUR GOAL AND HOW MUCH DID YOU GAIN?

This thread helped me. I’ve barely gained length but it’s only been two months. That gives me a better metric, i don’t feel so slow and i feel like i still have a good shot at getting an inch
Stay consistent and gains will come

6 months to my half way mark for BPEL, and now at goal for BPFL. Just measured yesterday...0.5in gain in BPEL (baseline 6.25 BPEL, now 6.75, goal 7.25).
But as others have noted, this is with a consistent program, which I would consider relatively time intensive. But the gain is insane motivation to keep going.

1 inch in 1 year is pretty sick! I bet your next inch comes easy.. I hope I can get the 8x6. I can get the 8 BPFL..Just wish it would inflate that long on its own. I have been putting more effort into erect stretches as of late, trying to even it up. On a good day, I can get 7.625. I love the manual work and think its a great way to get started. Low risk there, gives you time to really build that connection, understand the excersizes. It also helps that I have hand strength like a gorilla, so I can pretty much rip the dam thing off. I think once i stop seeing the tape move and I can reliably get 8.5 all ballooned up, I'll go after the girth hard AF.. Last week, I did time in the pump, alternating between it and SSJ's holey moley man..It was just a big fat sausage for like 3 days..Then for 3 days after, it was like...don't you touch me you bastard!! Ran up inside my ball sac.. My EQ just came back. There's power in them squashes..Like..be careful power..I have just recently started to make sure the ok grip is at the base and creates an opposing force while I stretch. I am starting to feel a ton of tight skin that I didnt realize, hair creep..all the good stuff. I need to loosen up that skin for easier length me thinks.
This creeping of base hairs is the first thing I noticed after 3 weeks of extender+ADS+ hanging. I actually do need to shave again since my dong seems to be gaining pubes up the shaft LMAO
 
I started in November 2020, measured my BPEL then at 6". In February I measured my BPEL at 6.5, though that was after some clamping so I was really engorged. I've stalled since then and just now bought the silistretcher. My ultimate goal of 7" NBPEL probably means a BPEL of 8", even though my fat pad isn't huge. My BPFSL is sitting just above 7", though a few weeks back it was at 7.5". Somewhat discouraged, but it won't stop me from trying. After two days using the silistretcher my dong is in pain. Should I give it a break? You think I'd be more in tune with my PIs by now but I'm still baffled sometimes. Man, I prefer girth work, but I need length. :/ Oh well.

I had hair halfway up my shaft LOL but as you know it’s a really good sign of growth!

Dude, no doubt! I got 2 inches of new wang before it hit me..yo, ok grip at the base, yank skin back the other direction. DOH!!!. It was starting to pull my balls forward, creating some tight skin. Stretching the skin the other direction has been yet another game changer. Ball skin stretching??? = AWESOME!

I started in 2013 at 5.25 BPEL, with a bathmate, manual stretches and jelqs, and an infrequent routine. I have not done much PE since then but started a dedicated routine in December 2020. As of my last measurement, I am 6.5 BPEL and 5.5 girth. I bought the Silistretcher in March and I am up to 150 hrs with it so far. I work from home at a desk and can stretch over 8 hours a day. Not using the bathmate now, want to get to 7" in length, then I will work it back in. I started wrapping to prevent turtling when I cant stretch and heal in an elongated state. My EQ right now is through the roof, I swear stretching gives me the best wood. I think stretching is increasing my girth too. I am not going to measure again until I hit 1000 hours with the SiliStretcher. I should hit that by summer. So far no injuries but I take a day off here and there. MOS customer service is phenomenal and extremely helpful.

When I was training for a marathon last year, and lost a lot of gut fat, my penis was the best its ever been. And I am 45. I think low body fat matters big time, get below 12% fellas. The benefits of gaining an inch, was my last GF who loved it and told me so all the time. It was the best feeling in the world.

I want to get over 7" and reevaluate. I may see if I can get to 8"x6". I'm single now and may stay that way to see how many compliments I can get. When they ask what you did over quarantine Ill have to make something up.

Low body fat makes your unit longer because more is exposed. How many male �naked people movies� actors you see over-weight; Ron Jeremy doesn't count, he let himself go after a decade of doing �naked people movies�.

No need to lie, and make something up; you were working on your personal development.

I've gained a whole inch BPEL. It took about 4ish years but only because I have not been super consistent. Girth gains have been about half an inch. I'm at 6.75 BPEL and 5.5 MEG. Wanting to be a way bigger lol (9x7). I'm currently sticking to it quite well and expect to see gains over the next month. I'm also working on the rest of my body and mind right now. I'm really wanting to develop a lifestyle of fitness/PE/health in general rather than repeating my past behavior of just doing things a 2-4 months at a time.

I am in that same groove. Really focusing on fitness, health, the mental game while doing PE and believe the whole enchilada is the way to go. Testosterone goes up, blood flow increases, your body is in repair mode, mind is in a good place. All good. Congrats on that 1 inch, that's incredible! If 1 inch took 10 years, I would do it. Just to make reverse cowgirl easier..(like). 9 inches would be unbelievable..not sure about the 7 tho..that might take a SPECIAL kind of girl...

Good thing I'm not looking for a girl. Haha. Also, I think it's mainly just for me. Maybe if I get into a relationship and my significant other isn't happy then maybe I'll rethink it all.

Glad you are in the same mind set though! Really just trying to manage everything better in general.
