To be honest I’ve noticed a huge difference in my EQ since I’ve been taking it. It’s almost been like an herbal cialis for me.
SOOOOOOO.... back to the topic of the thread. Anyone have any anecdotal improvement in PE matters from this herb yet? Nothing to report here. Maybe improved EQ, but that is probably more related to me being a bit more cautious on my training intensity.

Not besides the EQ increase, but I’ll know more on Oct 1 when I do my next set of measurements.Have you seen any changes yet?

Those fingers are doing some pretty good bundled stretching LOLAlright i look forward to your day of measurement.
I must have mentioned about this in another thread but: Butea Superba.
Few studies have been done. Not terribly expensive to buy as a powder and make up your own capsules. Of course ready made capsules are also available.
Supposed to aid in testosterone production etc., but relatively "neutral", so it shouldn't mess up your own natural production.
Mine's certainly off-kilter due to excess weight but I'm shedding it and getting better. As I'm on a paid sick leave I can focus on getting better mentally and physically.
I have not tried cistanche which this thread start was all about. @zerotohero33 reported better EQ at least, I wonder how @JakeM82 feels about it?
Damiana leaves (which I think I mentioned in other thread but some messages might be lost, I suppose there might have been contacts to admins about certain topics) are supposed to be good for sexual health as well.
For the moment my main stack of herbs is Butea Superba ~800-900 mg a day (5 days on, 2 off), ~500-600mg of Dopa Mucuna. I have some reishi that I haven't capsuled yet and also some cranberry powder.
On certain days I might take Damiana leaves.
My supplement routine does vary relatively much so at times it's tough to pinpoint exact results. With Dopa Mucuna I can vouch strongly about better motivation and mental clarity, that's for sure. With Butea it's too early to say, I'm about two weeks in with it.
Realistically though, just taking herbs probably isn't going to get you a bigger dick, you still gotta do the exercises. They're more of an aid. A nice helper at that.
Lol @ your joke.Yes, very true! Herbs are there to give a boost, can't just grab a pill/capsule and wait for growth. LOL If it was so easy then more men would have massive units.
About jelqing oil, I did tinker with Nigella Sativa (black seed oil) and combining it with Butea Superba. But my mixology was off with this, it would be best to tincture the Butea Superba so that you'd get less of the graininess which happens when you just add the powder to the oil.
And of course there's the tried and true EVO oil for thrombosis, but that's based on essential oils. Those can be very powerful as well, I've used several ones during my lifetime with success for different purposes.
Good notion about the yin and yang by the way! A certain balance is important.
I've heard a lot of boom about black seed oil. Do you find it works well or is it just a current fad product?
Thanks for answering man. Before answering that, thanks for thorough post about making an oil for jelqing or other purposes! Very informal and I hope members of MoS will give it a try.
About Black Seed Oil, I would vouch for it. Hype is one thing but I wouldn't see it just as a current fad. Surely a number of people will only try it due to hype but the product itself has been around for a longer time. I do implement the seeds to several meals that I eat. Consumption of the oil, that I haven't done so much.
Externally it has been very good for my skin and hair.
Really glad to have you onboard with your information @Grabriel !

Is this an oral dosage that you are taking or was this applied locally as a cream/oil/ointment? I'll look and try to see if there is any published science about the herb.
