Hi brothers!
I'm a newbie and never tried PE. I found MOS and got this DLD's newbie routine. I'm gonna start as soon as possible and try to stay focused! I'm still young (19 yo) and I guess my body is still developing and with PE programs I hope I can get even bigger!
My measurings are:
-Lenght: 6´2
-Girth: not measured

Questions:
DLD's newbie routine is the best routine I can have? And for how long I should maintain this routine? While doing the exercises my penis should be flacid or hard?

Use the newbie routine to get as much as possible and then switch to Girth program (SRT 5x5x3)

With the young age as your opportunity, your growth world will open up like there's no tomorrow. You still have a 4 years of window to get some extreme gains. Condition your penis up with DLD newbie routines and get ready for serious growth potential.

Just for 1 to 2 months to condition your penis up for other rigorous routines.

While doing the exercises my penis should be flacid or hard?
Partially erected, more flaccid. It should be somewhere between 60% to 70% erected on average to prevent overworking the tissues. However, do pay attention to the penile responses and pain level. You can ease up or go a bit more intense based on the responses.

I recommend you research a lot on this, spend 100's of hours on the forum and learn everything about PE. Ask questions once you know more but please verify, question, and double check everything. You can push hard at time (when you are not a rookie anymore) but never over do it. I hope that stays with you for your PE journey.

Another quick analogy, it might be sili, I just thought of this today, since it happens in my house. Think of a water drop in a tub, every session you do is a drop in the tub, you won't get "more of a drop" from pushing harder on the handle, no matter what you do, only a drop comes out at a time but give it some time and it starts filling up. A few weeks, a few months, you may not notice much, give it a few more months and WOW you start seeing a difference. So remember this as you start your journey. I'll work on this analogy too lol!
