Hey I think im in some serious trouble i have a camera phone and wanted to get a pic up for the site ....so i sent it to my album on the phone and they have a site for the pics you can view... so i went there and it wasnt there ...( weird) so i went down to help and it says any obscene picture they have the right to monitor ,intercept, remove, store, and disclose any content or materials posted through the Service or on the Site , and they provide user billing, account, content, or use records, and related information under certain circumstances (such as in response to legal responsibility, lawful process, orders, subpoenas, or warrants, or to protect our rights, customers, or business).

im scared to death because it wasnt even my phone i used it was someone elses... .. so know they may call them up and describe the situation to them with the "picture" ? ...am i over reacting here or what ...i need answers....i didnt know what forum to place this in ...but i was so worried that i put it here.. thanks any help will be appreciated

I wouldn't worry too much about it, I doubt that the phone company is going to do anything with it- why would they? Unless you like sent it to somebody and that person had a problem with it and got offended, then contacted them- then you might get in some shit. But I really wouldnt be too worried over it. Oh and next time, use your own shit to take pictures of your dick- that was a pretty stupid idea.

yes it was but then i realized how many pics must have been sent through tmobile and what percent of them might be obscene and for them to be worried about every one instead of just catching them and deleting them from memory...

hey i just found it on my album as soon as i logged in at 6 am so..i seen it and quickly deleted it totally from memory....do you think that will work ...its completely gone its not even in the trash its completely gone

LOL I sent a naked pic to a 17 yr old chick over the net once and i was so dam worried bout it you will be fine. I highly doubt the fbi will be knockin on your dorr soon.

yea but all this aside i sent it it was there for no more than 5mins... and it was my album and it was set on private only for me to see no opne else ... then i deleted it permanently from there ...so if they are that mad over some shit like this its crazy... and what happened to you for sendin that naked pic ....get back at me
