case study extremely big problem. HELP SOMEBODY PLEASE....

somehow ive ended here after battling this injury for al most 6 months. im in my 40's . i had jelqed off and on and pumped for a month or 2. nothing serious. felt better, and hung better it seemed. no real serious gains expected. just wanted better bloodflow and quality.

one day, i jelqed a bit harder than i had been, but no pain, and jsut for a minute. next day i pumped and accidentally went more than i wanted. no pain. immediately released and red along the base of the shaft. within the day it was gone. several days later i woke up with a shrunken unit and slight numbess on the shaft. had all hard flaccid symptoms.

was scared, so continued making my self have sex,. after a month or so, it seemed it was subsiding. i still woke up in the morning with a chub. but everything shrank to nothing during the day.then it started seeming like if we had sex more than once a week, it would traumatize everything and destroy my libido and size again.

very sensitive glans with burning /cooling feeling. shrunk all day. no erections. no night erections. then it would come back a week later with her, and we'd have sex again. eventually i figured out we had to quit for awhile. 6 months later, here i am. we just went a month of nothing. i still walk around all day shrunk to nothing. we had sex 2 days ago and it was great, but now it seems to be overly sensitive again. only time i hang normally , is if i lay down in bed awhile. but soon after i get up, its all gone again.

sensitivity/nerve damage, seems likely, but not sure. nothing feels like me down there unless im hard. it doesnt seem like i did anything too hard/painful to cause this, but i obviously did. not sure if this will heal ever, but i cant take any more panic attacks and anxiety. its hard to make it to bedtime every day. its the only relief i get.

it feels like i have half what i did on a normal day now, with no arousal. ive also noticed a constant pressure moreso while shrunken, in my rectum /perenium area,that tightens when i flex my penis. i get decent morning/night erections sometimes, and sometimes not as much. but im sure my anxiety day to day is effecting that . i cannot masturbate to get hard since the 2nd month of this, due to it irritating the nerves it seems on the head. actual sex doesnt irritate it as much, but it still does.

i always have the numbness/sensitivity issue to some degree, but its super bad when its shriveled up and burns. im just not sure the nerves will heal, and i dont know what to do now. im mentally exhausted and depressed. i can barely force myself to work or do anything that involves moving. it lets me know every step of every day what ive lost.

i just cant understand what is holding my penis hostage whether i can feel it right or not. i havent lost all the feeling , its just weird. yet i walk around, and it just feels like a useless finger. it used to hang quite large. it has no substance now,short.. im pretty sure its new normal is constricting even more feeling from me. none of these dang excercises do any help at all now. and for sure not permanently.. the more i work, or walk, or exert energy. the more tight, and cut off from earth it is. if i take a pee after walking, it looks like i used a pump on it in reverse. byproduct of these altered nerve feelings it seems. not healthy at all looking.

You describe exactly how the body is supposed to perform. If it's a nerve issue, the signal to the penis won't even activate. Your penis will be in the same condition regardless of the state of the body.

this is absolutely nervous system related. ive had good nights here lately. wake up hard. wake up all other hours chubby , responsive. feels good. etc. i still have glans overexcitedness though. i get up though, and things start their downward side. retraction. loss of feelings. once i get going or do physical things at all, its kinda over. very flaccid, shrunk. or the feeling of. things just go cold./num. its kinda similar to how a noise gets so loud, you quit hearing it. kegels dont happen anymore. then anxiety will make it worse of course. rectum tightens up, etc. if i relax sitting, i get a little response again.

this just feels like its gonna have to re familiarize itself all over again for years to ever come out of it. thats all that will make it go away. either the nerves will chill out, or theyll just keep repeating this crap forever. thats just my gut feel to dealing with this.

Yes it can. However, irritation of the glans's nerves does not go this far. It does during the initial point of the circumcision, but over time, the glans's skin toughen and reduced the overall irritation. After a few years, that sensitivity goes away. Nerve branches deep within heal over time, at injured nerve branches do cause misfires. It can cause tingling irritation, but not fully shutdown the glans.

i agree here. i just worried its caused from nerve issues. it seems to show its smallest when i have to go. and its almost impossible to finish urinating sitting down. i was curious with prostatitis due to the pain in that similar location when i kegel. also, due to the fact, that since ths happened, i do not have any precum leak out whatsoever if i do happen to get aroused. it used to happen commonly. just thinking out loud since ive calmed myself a little. its hard to stay sane like this.

Yet, an hour of afternoon nap can blow 10 hours of nightly rest out of the water the moment I hit REM.

Kegels make a world of difference. So does flaccid penis massage.
 
i dont know. i just came in. pretty relaxed. its not shriveled at the moment , yet i still cant feel a whoel lot except the burnt spot on glans. gut says nerves are destroyed. yet i get all these weird tight pain through it when kegeling sitting down. the rectum pain,etc. that, and i for sure know whenn i had my aroused size, it just doesnt feel this dang bad. . heck, for awhile there, i remember thinking it actually was improving. no burning .etc.
i know in bed, i dont notice the glans pain. and i generally dont have any rectum kegel pain,or the penis kegel sensation pain unless ive sat down for a little. pain may even seem a strong term for it. or im just used to it now. it actually is starting to feel normal ive had it so long. its so confusing to even think of. if i sit long enough, i start to think it feels semi ok. till i get up and walk around. there is zero comfort or normalcy being on my feet ever anymore

Rectal pains is definitely that group of muscles we've indicated. Pay close attention to it when you urinate or taking a dump. Estimate the pain level between 0 to 10 each time. Why? Because the amount of pain and correlation on the volume of urine and size of waste indicate something unique. The Asians mastered this monitoring for their old emperors and the same practices were applied to medical and hollistic observation.

We monitored the pudendal and the peroneal nerve (which turns into the deep peroneal nerves down the legs). Guess where the peroneal nerves connected and branched to? Your penis, heels, arches, and toes. This is part of the main sciatic nerve branch, splitting off to other nerve branches. This explains so much, it might as well come out and smack us on our faces. Is it nerve related? Yes. Is it damaged? Maybe. Why? Something "deep inside" is kinked/blocked. This is also true for blood vessels.

I'll break it down combining info from the prior posts. You indicated that when you're moving all day, it felt dead. Why? There's a kink/blockage somewhere literally in the pelvic region. It should be both nerve and blood vessels related. As you stand nerves and blood vessels are in a vertical gradient. That means plenty of pressures being pressed on by muscles, bones, ligaments, and gravity at the same time. When the nerves and blood vessels are not meant to be straight because they bend, curve, and move around the muscles, bones, and ligaments, by straightening your body during movement, there are expansion of muscle tissues pressing the nerves and blood vessels against other muscles, bones, and ligaments.

However, when you sit, relax, or lay down at an angle, the muscles relaxes, there are no pressure caused by expansion muscles during movements, the nerves and blood vessels are no long kinked/blocked, and you have nominal blood flow and sensation.

To duplicate conditional movement, try doing exercises sitting with weights on your legs, one leg at a time. After an hour or two of light to moderate movement with weight-bearing legs, if you feel numbness and pain around the rectal area, we can zoom in even further on which leg or which side of the pelvic area that has the kink/blockage.

As you can see brother, giving up is an option in this brotherhood. Any good medical or pathological professional do not write it off as nerve damage or nothing is wrong with you. They work their cases to the final point.

i was off, so i was in the woods relaxing some of it. drove to town a couple hours. 45-60 outside. no sweaty parts. just cold nervy feelings while walking. regular boxers.

i appreciate it . laying here now. still hurts currently. once i go to sleep, pain usually goes away for the night

laid in water awhile. not much change other than color. finally decided to massage the head a little to check feeling. started feeling good. was gonna quit till i noticed the shaft was getting erect. up to just past halfway. then it looked like i had a rubber band on it the rest of the way. so at that point i had to make it hard to force some fluid through it cause it is pretty scary looking.it even had a bend in it toward my stomach. took a few min, then it finally evened out. i kept it hard a good 20 min, and it was full size again. it did this to the left in the spring when i left it alone when it shrank a lot. i dont know what to do here on out now. i guess force it up often whether it hurts or not. i thought nightly erections wouldnt have allowed this to happen? plus i just had sex week and a half ago. my glans looks to small for my dick now when hard, unless i kegel it. then it looks really normal. although very flushed like always these days. and more expansive/puffy than it ever was pre injury. most likely will hurt later after that too. it still feels great to massage. it just doesnt feel completely right, and over used.

Yep. Blood flow and volume limiting. When you sit in the water, your penis now received the temperature close to the body's core temperature mean to deliver to the penis during normalize blood flow.

This is exactly it. When there is no normalize blood flow, this happens. Jelqs may not do well during your bad hours, but you discovered that heating to restore penile temperature to core temperature, and increase blood flow through forced jelqing, you get responses.

it sure seems lost. its now very small again with the same restricted spot in the middle , and if i lightly squeeze at the root, it bends at the center again. and of course my glans feel like it has an exclamation point on it again. i didnt really discover anything. i just aroused it. which usually works if i want it to. i did not jelq at all. just stroked to retain erection. which is only effective till its gone it appears. it appears like peyronies to me. this just gets worse and worse
 
Discovering the temperature follows by blood flow through force to full plumpness is a positive movement forward. Most just ignore it and don't record the observation. Then later, they don't know what to do or completely loss in finding ways to get around the issues.

So, there's a bend somewhere near the center of the penile shaft. Bending up? Bendind down? Bending side way? Can it be diagnosed as Peyronie's? It can be. But since I'm not there and there are no photo info of before the blood flow, during, and after the blood volume leaves, we can't provide specific diagnostic. Most Peyronie's plague or scarring that causes a bend, it's visible with or without the penis being plump. Even when it's fully erected, you can still visibly see the bend.

Now, as for the stroking, that means your nerve branches along the penile shaft are responding to touch and sensitivity in full. This means temperature and blood flow promotes nerve sensitivity. Normally, Peyronie's don't change over time from one vector to another, or from one angle to another. However, when a portion of the cavernosa is restricted because the blood vessels responsible for supplying, interconnecting the micro chambers for sharing the blood flow, and drainage is blocked or impacted in anyway, you get strange hour glass shape or odd bending behavior like you see now.

I know you don't want to even go close to PE, but urologists and doctors will question you why don't you perform rehabilitation or exercise routine to restore the penile body. It's a comparison to you did physical workout to strengthen your body, suffered an injury during the workouts, but you left it to chances to restore your body back to peak physical conditions without doing any further workout. How many repetitions? You can do it until you feel fatigueness or when your penis don't wan tto cooperate any more. It may be 20, 30, or all the way to 100 reps.

Why are you doing this? Forcing blood flow using jelq and gravitational pull to force the blood vessels to expand in your favor. We're not using any devices but natural restorative processes done for millenia.Those who suffered penile injuries, be light or traumatic, performed the same routines daily, and at times, as many as they can. The so called angiogenesis therory is not too far from the truth. However, it's not a birth of new cellular growth, but restorative growth, similar to Peyronie's correction methods. You are forcing the old cells, plagues, and scarring to be broken down and initiate new growth. In your case, your blood vessels are not cooperating for some reason we haven't fully diagnosed, but we're making them work, repair, and restore.

This is your choice of course. No one can force you, and no one can judge you. This is your new PE journey that you are shying away from.
 
it makes me sick to think of it, yet im already thinking the same thing before you said it. im a very literal person. my original jelq was way way too hard obviously due to misinterpretation of force i guess. im stuck in this hell now. ive got to try something since ive already lost half my feeling from it. i can hardly feel anything unless im hard. it just sucks cause it pains me to handle it lately. which is why its so stopped up. yet it feels really good during the act of rubbing it with lube. feeling it dry is just weird now. it almost feels like i have a condom on, and half dead. i fear that will never change. yet when im full of blood or aroused, it really doesnt feel all that wrong. i just dont have any arousal or flow, ever to help it. im gonna get some l citrulline, and start trying to move something through it . the pain has stopped me from trying it, but leaving it alone isnt helping either.

it just feels so terrible and stunned after stimulation or erections, ive worried im killing nerves more . but maybe stimulating will eventually calm them down with time . i dont know...
 
question. jelqing. when you slide up the shaft, do you try to slide over the skin? or do you hold the skin and move upward? if you know what im saying. i have for sure screwed this up already last time somehow.

also note. i took the smallest viagra dose earlier 25mg as a test. as of this moment i have a fully normal size penis without all the cut off circulation nonsense. i cant say the feeling is perfect, yet it feels worlds better than any other day. "at the moment" i actually feel my dick walking around like i always did. it doesnt hurt or burn like always.

You can do either. But, think about this using safety perspective purposes. We'll work with you on this to ensure there's no screw up. Your body created a moveable layer of skin for the purpose of not only protection, but for protecting abrasive trauma from accidental traction. This is an example of the foreskin protection your body was made to a terrifying degree.

Let's say you're having sex. After a long while, I mean long while, the vaginal cannal no longer has lubrication. The vaginal wall is dry, but the vaginal may not loose up during intense sexual session. Then the vaginal wall clamps down on the penis during the penetratino action. Since there's no lubrication in the vagina, the friction can cause the penis to sudden bend and *SNAP*. This results in a broken/fracture penis. However! Those who have foreskin that allows the penis to move independently without the needs of the vaginal lubrication, the foreskin acts as an anti-frictious layer between the vaginal wall and the penis internal structures that cannot penetrate without lubrication.

So, the short answer is, when you jelq lightly, you don't have to worry about moving the skin only or holding the skin in place. Light jelq simulate perfect penetration where the vaginal wall is lubricated with very little friction. If you're using moderate force, it's the same as strong masturbation. It can be done while you're moving your foreskin back and forth for comfort and trauma protection, or you can use lubrication to prevent frictous traumas that come with those who use clamping devices (cable clamp) while jelqing. The worst thing to do.

And this proves the point we discussed earlier about blood flow issues. You boosted the nitric oxide level (which can also be achieved through the natural high loading of l-citrulline), warm penile tissues close to core temperature through the blood flow, and relaxes the stresses to the nerve branches because of the temperature through good blood flow. If you haven't noticed, your heart rate and blood pressure is probably high up there. This is the nature of Cialis and Viagra. When the nitric oxide decreases, so does the free testosterone level. Blood flow decreases, no more temperature to keep the penile tissues warm, and your nerves get affected all over again. Your heart rate and blood pressure also drop.

So, the "cut off circulation nonsense" is still on the table, unfortunately.
 
oh i know it is,. i have to repair this. or at least die trying. hard jelqing will not happen for sure. i was just curious on the right way. that day i thought i might have done it wrong is the day i saw a different method, and destroyed my whole life.

does loading lcirtuline tend to do any harm long term as in making the body slow to produce it?
