Hi to All,
For some time I have been doing girth exercises in a specific manner. My goal was to simulate sex intercourse so I used a towel and imagined penetrating into vagina. I also did body motion as if I actually had sex. This worked and I usually achieved rock hard erection almost every time. After that I did something similar to slow squash Jelq, I guess. I clamped with my right hand at the base and I squeezed the head with my left arm to remove the blood from the head as much as I could but I did not want to press too hard to feel discomfort. This worked as I expected, so I got a pretty good compression in most of the penis shaft. I want to emphasis that I did not do this "exercise" to an extent to feel any pain at all. It was just a good expanded state which I managed to sustain for a minute in most cases. As soon as I felt erection decline I re-clamped at the base to get a better expansion. This felt really good. Afterwards I did sex simulation as mentioned at the beginning, again, in order to keep the expanded state for a longer time.
I also did a warm-up using a deep cup filled with warm water. I also did warm-down.
But here comes the problem part. During the course of a few months period I started getting this brownish dark spots all over the top of my penis. There are a few of them at the head and several at he upper part of the shaft. Some of them are even black. I do not have any other issues, the erection is good. It is, from my perspective, a visual problem only, but I cannot be sure.
This was done during a warmer period in my country. Outside temperature was mostly 20-30 °C ( Celsius ).
I am 42 years old and Vegan. 15 years ago I did all kinds of stuff to my penis without getting any spots at all. I was eating meat in those times.
What can be done to avoid having more of this spots and if possible to remove these I already have?
I am not doing wet Jelqs at all because I did them 15 years ago with little benefit, so I consider them a waste of time in my case.
I am really anxious, because in one hand I seem to achieve good progress but in the other hand I get these brown spots more and more along with said progress.
