Cementing Gains?

Thought I’d put this on here since it’s a common question and I had a query regarding the difference between permanent BPEL/NBPEL (length) & MSEG (girth).

I know that to cement gains the best option is to go above your target size and then even if you lose some size it will essentially be permanently cemented at your target regardless of loss. That being said, is there another way to cement gains to the current size you are or is there always a risk you will lose some size so best to go a little above?

ALSO…
Is there a difference in how much extra to go between length and girth? I would assume you need to go slightly more on length due to turtling and other factors than with girth but I have no idea. For example, I want 7.0 NBPEL and 5.0 MSEG so I am aiming for 0.3 inches more to ensure this is cemented.

Thoughts?

Just realised this might be better suited in the main PE thread section. If someone can move it that would be great

Once you reached that specific target you want, if you don't perform any cementing your gain using light PE works, you will in fact lose a bit of it. You can literally cement your gain at your objective target with just light PE work for a duration of time. Some may take only a month or two, some may take a bit longer. Cementing gains can be as easy as simple light jelqing for 15 minutes each day to every few days. It's practically daily masturbation. It's just to ensure the tissues and collagen bonds are stressed (not broken) and expand in some way to ensure the length and girth remain the size you want. Leaving the gains alone after your efforts, your body will regress naturally and will lose. There's no way around it.

Natural regression after full growth is around 0.25in on average over 10 years. Natural regression after PE work without cementing is around 0.35in, and can go up to 0.5in. Natural regression after PE cementing is 0.25in on average of 10 years like normal regression. This data has been collected for a very long time.

No, you can stop at 7in for length and 5in for girth and perform cement work at that point. Just take natural regression into account.

Amazing! Great response, thanks…

So if I cemented gains by going above target and also did a maintenance routine a few times a month this could effectively prevent any future regression and cement gains for life right?

Rather than a few times a month, my suggestion is to go from daily and slow down to a few times week, and eventually, a few times a month. However, the few times a months should be the routine you've done during PE. BUT WHY!?

This is why we don't tell you to toss your tools away. Just like your facial skin, without constant maintenance and tissue exercises, your facial skin shags. For females, their stomach, butt, and breast tissues sags. This is why there are daily to weekly, to even monthly routines performed on these more tactile soft tissues. Same for the penis. Once a month, you want to encourage tissue breakdown and collagen bond breakage using an intense PE routine. This refresh old collagen bonds, forces the internal tissues to become hyperactive, and program your brain that your penis is NOT the last thing on the list. Maybe your butt crack, back, and ear hair, but not your penis. Don't just gain and forget about it. Gain, cement, and maintain every month with a nice PE routine. This will prevent any natural regression from making your gains into losses. This is why one of our mottos is, "PE is for life" or "PE is a life long journey".

Maintenance is so important to keep your penis in good shape
