Cancelling Pill Subscription

Ive recieved 3months of pills in the last 3 weeks and i want to cancel my monthly subscription as i cannot afford the expense. Can someone please tell me how to do this!?
Ive emailed DLD 2wks ago to cancel the pills but another pot came in the post today.

thanks for posting, im recieving mattersofsize pills after subscribing to one of the packages. DLD got back to me a couple of days ago and said he'd cancel it so hopefully that should be sorted now. Would u be able to confirm this?
