Have a healthy body, don't rely on pills to be able to have a good erection.
If this isn't enough for you. You can try amino acid, L-Citrulline.
+1 this really says it all. Healthy diet, a healthy body from exercise and some cardio and you will max out your natural potential. L-Citrulline is also an awesome nitric oxide booster. Always helps my erection to be very full and veiny. But don't neglect the mentioned fundamentals, there is where you'll gain the most results from in terms of EQ.

Your can try herbs >tribulus terrestris, horny goat weed, maca, tongkat ali, fenugreek, Panax Ginseng
These supplements/herbs are healthy and can be beneficial, however, it's more for sexual desire and not proven for EQ per se

*Edit.
These might help a tiny tiny bit with testosterone production so in theory, you could have a better EQ but in reality, it's probably a negligibly small effect. As with most things, the fundamentals will always trump everything else. Testosterone production is optimized with good sleep, diet, and compound lifts in the gym. Magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6 also are very beneficial for T production and are usually sold as "ZMA" as a stacked supplement

Maybe we should start a thread for this where everyone can discuss and look into the studies of effective ingredients and collectively work on the formula.

@squirt_inducer_man maybe you want to host this thread if you're up for it? This would be a cool project

I can start out by saying you probably want to go with powder instead of pills as with powder you absorb 100% of its contents but with pills usually some percentage of it will be wasted.

Citrulline I see as a must as one of the main ingredients! @DLD I have found for myself that 6-8 grams are a great dose for its purpose.

Okey! That sounds like a good idea. I will set this up later. I have some time constraints.

I need to get to the gym since I'm starting to look like this 😆:

There are many supplements that can help you with EQ (Erection Quality). Not all of them are directly related to your EQ.
But they are directly impacting your overall health and then in the next step your EQ. Most people for example where I live, have to low levels of Vitamin D (Supplement with Vitamin D3) even when there tests/their doctor are saying they are in the "normal" interval. There is much to dig deep into regarding this.

There are also other aspects of health that can intact your overall health level.
Examples:
- How much sleep do you get?
- What is your stress level?
and much more...

Another exampel:
How many people take Omega-3 fatty acids regularly?
If not? Are they eating enough fish daily so their cell membranes are kept semipermeable? Or are they eating the "bad" fat so their cell membranes are more stiff. This is an important aspect of health as well, since you want your cell membranes to be flexible and semipermeable.
Just this is important for your overall health as well. A good book about this is: The UltraMind Solution by Mark Hyman, M.D.

I have only once tried Viagra, but since I'm on the higher spectrum in blood pressure, I have stayed away from it.
They are saying, that if you have a tendency to have a higher blood pressure (not to high), it's recommended that you stay away from Viagra. I don't know if this is true. But all the doctors I have spoken to are indicating this.
Maybe @DLD knows more about this ?

Kind regards.

L-Arginine

What are you brothers talking about? If you have done any research at all you will know that L-arginine isn't effective at all of increasing the plasma concentration of arganine.

You want to take, L-Citrulline instead.

Don't assume things, read into it before posting information.

Here is a citation regarding, what is going on:
Should I Take a Citrulline or Arginine Supplement?
Increasing your arginine levels has many health benefits, which is why arginine supplements have been popularly peddled for the last 50 years. However, arginine supplements don’t actually produce marked increases in blood arginine concentrations, because the liver is very effective in clearing absorbed arginine.

In contrast, liver uptake of citrulline is low—most absorbed citrulline is cleared by the kidneys, where it is converted to arginine and released into the blood. For this reason, it’s more beneficial to take citrulline supplements as a means of effectively increasing arginine levels. In addition, there are no adverse effects of citrulline consumption, whereas arginine consumption can cause gastrointestinal discomfort.
