Actually, if you’re suffering from ED I would try dry pumping that's what it’s originally intended for.

I tried a cheap air pump and it was easier to keep the erection going when doing manual work between sets. Much easier then when I was pumping with Bathmate. So this is probably true. I don't know why this was the case for me. Maybe the gator 🐊 have something to do with this. 🤔

But the expansion and blood flow increase with Bathmate is really good.

Personally, I feel like the MityVac is more superior compared to the bathmate.

If you have the money you could test it out yourself. I just feel like the BM is more of a sex novelty in my opinion, but there are guys out there that made good gains from it.

Eat a lot of fruit and drink plenty of water. I don’t know how often you ejaculate, but sperm production has a lot to do with EQ.

Something new I learned from a yoga instructor apparently the more ejaculate secretes a ED hormone to the brain resulting in ED overtime. You can ejaculate, but try once every 3 days or once a week.

Yeah I ejaculate about twice a week so that shouldn’t be a huge factor

Don't be fooled that L-arginine is the same, it's not. L-arginine is worthless for increasing the arginine concentration in your blood plasma (in your blood).
You need L-Citrulline.

Use L-Citrulline instead. L-arginine does the same thing as L-Citrulline but L-arginine will not be effective.
