Use a broomstick or a PVC pipe and do bundled stretches around that.

For example behind the cheeks to the left, you can bundle your penis around the broomstick.
Do this: Put the broomstick in your right groin (sit on a sofa). Pull your bundled penis around the broomstick and stretch with your right hand. Simultaneously as you pull with your right hand you push the broomstick forward to the left. This will both deform the tunica even further (more deeper stretch) and also at the same time pull out your inner penis. Relax fully to the stretch (reverse Kegels). Hold every stretch and directions for one minute. Use a timer. You want to stretch you penis evenly, so this is important.
This is only one of the stretches I used to get my newbie gains of ~ 1".

But you can watch this video to understand my structure of stretching. But in this video I'm only doing non bundled stretches, you should bundle your penis as much as possible and deform the tunica and then stretch, or if you can not bundled, you need to transition to these. Power Assisted stretches most seems to forget, but they are powerful.
Use body powder to get good grip of your penis. Your hand will become stronger and stronger as you increase the intensity. Do not be afraid if you are shaking trying to hold the stretch for 1 minut. Just push through it. Pull harder and harder as you progress.
