Bathmate/looking for girth

It's tough for many people who are focusing on girth. But it's doable. Many want to ejaculate as a trophy once they take off their cock ring. But if you masturbate twice in one day, it will affect the girth session for the next day.
I believe that. I have the same issue when stretching with LENGTHMASTER 3. If I masturbate and ejaculate only once during a day I have stretching planned (3 days on, 1 day rest) the sessions that day are ruined. There will be pain when I stretch and I can't stretch with full intensity. I can manage this now.
 
Thanks for the comments guys originally I said I was gonna start working girth but doing more research on pe i seen a lot of people saying that length is harder to gain if you focus on girth first my girth is not the best at 5.75 erect girth but my length is only 6” none bone pressed I would love a extra inch or 2 length I’ve just been manual stretching and doing the beginner routine starting with 5 minutes bundled stretches as I am new to this don’t no much but I’m trying I also no it’s not a sprint but is the beginner routine enough and how long should I be doin it for time wise and for how long should I be do it until I switch it up sorry if this is confusing just wanna make sure I’m doing enough

Don't believe you are small in thickness, you are a lot thicker then the average penis, your almost 6" in EG. You are even long in length, a lot longer then avarage.

Get the LENGTHMASTER 3.
How long have you been stretching? You need to transition into bundled stretches in all directions. A PowerAssist device would help to increase the intensity. But If you can afford LENGTHMASTER 3, that's a game changer.

It’s crazy because it doesn’t look that thick or maybe that’s my insecurities I’m not sure been a man haha. So the routine is warm up with a hot rag reheating if need be I do this for about 10 minutes until nice and loose then I bundle stretch for 5 minutes 30 secs each way so up straight out and down and left and right I repeat that twice take 5 mins then I do behind the checks stretches left right and centre 30 secs each and then I do all the basic stretches for 30 seconds each so up down straight out left right and I do I believe there called A stretches 30 seconds also and i do 3 sets total of all this oh and I do the is it rotary’s cranks 3 sets also sorry if you don’t understand I don’t no the right terms for all of them my apologies
 
And the lengthmaster is on my list I’m in the uk so bit pricey with all the costs but I will get 1 at some point is there an alternative I could use until then day comes

Use a broomstick or a PVC pipe and do bundled stretches around that.

For example behind the cheeks to the left, you can bundle your penis around the broomstick.

Do this: Put the broomstick in your right groin (sit on a sofa). Pull your bundled penis around the broomstick and stretch with your right hand. Simultaneously as you pull with your right hand you push the broomstick forward to the left. This will both deform the tunica even further (more deeper stretch) and also at the same time pull out your inner penis. Relax fully to the stretch (reverse Kegels). Hold every stretch and directions for one minute. Use a timer. You want to stretch you penis evenly, so this is important.

This is only one of the stretches I used to get my newbie gains of ~ 1".

I will create videos of every single stretch I used in the future.

But you can watch this video to understand my structure of stretching. But in this video I'm only doing non bundled stretches, you should bundle your penis as much as possible and deform the tunica and then stretch, or if you can not bundled, you need to transition to these. Power Assisted stretches most seems to forget, but they are powerful.

Use body powder to get good grip of your penis. Your hand will become stronger and stronger as you increase the intensity. Do not be afraid if you are shaking trying to hold the stretch for 1 minut. Just push through it. Pull harder and harder as you progress.

Just like reverse kegels should be done during length we should br doing kegels during girth

I recommend 1 hour (6 days stretching, 1 day rest) since that was what I did and I gained good on that. You could probably also do like 3 days stretching and 1 day rest and repeat.

Always keep your penis elongated throughout the day (always), when you are not stretching. With a penis elongation wrap, all day stretcher or a sleeve. I have a method for my elongation wrap, there is a video about that in the same thread as my broomstick video.

You should split it up with either, 20 min x 3 times, or: 30 minutes x 2 times. But you can also split it up even further, but that will probably take more time.

Really appreciate the help yea I saw the elongated video I haven’t been doing this I’ll be honest I only just seen it a second ago plus I wasn’t really sure what to use there’s so much out there this will be something I will do asap once I figure out what’s the best thing to use for me

Only bundled stretching gotcha I really enjoy doin them aswel flaccid looks huge after doing em haha

I’ve also seen like a rubber tubed sleeves people use for elongated are these any good or is the bandage method better
 
What about a bed time can you sleep enlongated or is that dangerous
Don't do that. You have only one penis, and if you are not conscious something can go wrong. All the time you stay elongated during the day should be enough.

I have only used a bandage wrap so I can't comment on that. But I have in the past been recommended Silisleev5 for elongation.

It took ablong time to develop this wrap. It stays on my penis the entire day without problems. But I need to unwrap it when I need to urinate.
