Are the results permanent?

The will loose some gains if you stop PE.....
So make sure you train to get 1/2" more that your goal........

If your goal is 7" in length, train for 7.5"
If your goal is 6" in girth, train for 6.5"
 
Yep as above been there and lost some myself
 
Biggest one to get newbies is the sudden feel after pumping or bathmate, however takes a long time to cement those
 
Does everyone agree if you are pursuing both length and girth improvements... target length first as it is usually the more difficult to gain?

And for extended stretch, does the MOS sillisleeve provide enough stretch to cement gains? Kinda low on time to truly implement an end tender at this point.
 
Depends on starting measurement I think, anything lower than around 6.5" and wants to achieve increase in both should ideally go for length first, however you will find as you do either you can grow in both areas

How do i cement my gains if i need to take break? Like now when its quarentine i can go at it, but then after i have work again and hanging out with friends and gym so not so much time for it:/
 
Especially with kids around...wife, not a problem. So I’ve been fortunate during the break...stretching routine in the morning before everyone is up... pumping every other day in the evenings. ?
 
Yep privacy is an issue want to use the BM today n have a session today

To make things permanent you can either continue to work past your goal up to a half inch or you could take off a few days and see what is lost, That would be considered gains that were not permanent. Any loss of temporary gains comes back immediately upon training.
