Hi everyone, I think this is the right time to start keeping a journal.
I’ve been doing PE on and off for about a year to a year and a half, very irregularly. My main goal is girth, and so far I’ve mostly been doing clamping. My starting stats were something like 7 BPEL, 5.75 MEG, and 6.3 BEG closer to the base (I try not to measure at the absolute base because the skin there skews the measurement, so I measure a little higher up, which gives me a measurement I consider completely legitimate). My penis is conical in shape. After practicing a jelq-based routine for a month without success (it felt uncomfortable because of my thick skin), I went straight into clamping 5 days a week for 3–4 months. It was a disappointing experience with no gains, after which I decided to take a long break of about 4–5 months.
Recently, I decided to try a few squeezes with my hand at the base again, with a more relaxed routine every other day, which seems to have given me about 0.2 inches. But the gains seemed irregular.
Discovering this forum a few weeks ago has been really beneficial for me (I used to use Th*nd3rs), and I found this forum much more comprehensive and informative. After reading DLD’s SRT theory, I decided to resume a routine based on light clamping every other day, where I edge for about 20–25 minutes without interruption (my penis always maintains a healthy color and seems to respond well to this duration). When I’m done, I put on my cock ring to maintain the expansion to some extent. When I need to pee, I take it off and do a little Angion 2.0 to get the blood flowing again and achieve a slight expansion. At night, I wear a cock ring that’s barely tight, which seems to do the trick.
I’ve seen fairly rapid gains (in just over a week, about 0.2 EG all over the shaft) that I now plan to consolidate.
My erections have improved, but they were never great to begin with: I often wake up with at best a semi-erection, even though I think I get them while sleeping, and during sex, they’re pretty inconsistent. I attribute this to bad masturbation habits, given my otherwise healthy lifestyle (good diet, exercise...). I actually think I automatically contract my pelvic floor as soon as I get a little hard. I don’t think pelvic muscle strength is the issue, since I can hold a Kegel.
Recently, I’ve noticed that when I masturbate, if I get past the semi-erection stage (which is difficult), I can achieve a really good quality erection, just as I want. It’s actually for these reasons that I’ve started doing Angion 2.0 here and there, and that I’ve recently decided to stop masturbating (except for clamping) and consuming explicit content (adult entertainment, etc.). On the rare occasions when I give in, I set myself the goal of achieving a full erection, while trying to relax my pelvic muscles.
So I’ll update my progress here as much as possible, hoping to receive your valuable advice!
Thanks in advance to everyone !
P.S.: I have a week of vacation starting next Tuesday; I plan to try doing a few squeezes here and there, but I don’t think I’ll be able to stick to my routine strictly.
